Unless you want to clog your arteries, i would NOT recommend getting their fries. I think they had dumped the entire salt container on our fries before putting them in the bag. We had 2 orders of fries and both of them were the exact same way. I would rather eat at Hooters and that is saying something!
It was my first time ever. I had a good experience. I'm not sure if management changed, but the staff was pleasant, and the store was busy. I did order to-go tough.
Tried the Korean BBQ sauce tenders and voodoo fries. I thought the tenders were decent, but way too bready. However, that's customary for the tenders here, so I understand. I'm not the biggest fan of cut potatoes. They don't get crispy enough. I think they need to be soaked to remove starch and fried longer for a decent crisp. There was a good amount of sauce on them, but again, they were not crispy. The flavor was good though.
I tried to order on the app for pickup, but when I showed up, I was told the ticket did not print and my card would not be charged. When I mentioned that my card had already been charged they said the money would be put back on my card. I am honestly not too upset about not getting my food because the store was filthy, but I would like to make sure I get my money back. There is no customer service number that I could find to call and ensure what the people in the store told me was correct. All in all, not a great experience, and definitely would not recommend going.
Update: My card was still charged and I have not been refunded as the people in the store mentioned. The charge has posted at this point.
Went into store this evening and had a horrible experience. The only saving grace was Christiana. I ordered a 40 piece all flat with Christiana. When she called it to the back, Ebony starts hollering back to the front, very disrespectfully, that I have to order online if I want all flats. I was very confused because I am literally in the store and I have never had to do this before. Then Ebony proceeds to say that if I order a 40 piece in the store then what I'm going to get is regular wings. I'm not sure who allows thier employees to speak to the customers in this manner but I will NEVER order from here again if she is working because I refuse to be disrespected this way and if it wasn't for Christiana and her GREAT customer service, things would not have ended the way they did. This company needs to do better with who they hire because Ebony is the worst when it comes to customer service.
I went here from recommendation from a friend saying this place was amazing but they were wrong. I got ten boneless wings which were 16$ which is very overpriced for some chicken that had no flavor all you could taste was the sauce and the fries were artery clogging salty threw most of my food away and will never come back.
The service wasn't that great. The food was way too greasy and just drenched in oils and whatever else they use. I felt nausea halfway through eating the meal and my fiance did as well. We had an online order and everything was right but back to the service end of things, the lady working the register wasn't bad but she was literally the only one at the front on a Friday night while there was quite a few other employees that could have been assisting customers while she was handling the phone calls. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here again, buffalo wild wings will just get our money from now on when we want wings and tenders. The only thing that was really halfway decent was the Hickory BBQ wings.
Delicious wings, great service and prepared in a timely fashion. Surprisingly good price as well if you come in on Monday or Tuesday. The Cajun Hot and BBQ were both flavorful with plenty of extra sauce. Thank you for a great late dinner while traveling.
I have eaten many times at wingstop different locations as well. My last visit my fries were overcooked drenched with oil and overseasoned. The picture will justify what I am saying.
