My family and I have ordered lots of times but our last order was not good at all. We had ordered 2 order meals and 2 sides of 5 wings each. First they combined everything together instead of putting the orders that were originally ordered. So with each family member we had to separate each out like we ordered. One order was 10 of one flavor and 5 of one and 5 of another flavor. They should have been in the box as ordered but they put all of one flavor in a box and another flavor in another box. So we had to totally separate each one out. Then flavors were not all correct and some of the flavors had not enough sauce to cover the wing. They said they would replace 1 of the meals and replace 10 of one flavor and 5 of another. I just now called to actually have it remade and they say they have to call me back in 20 min even though he read the whole order back to me. This is not good customer service and I know they get busy but when they say they will replace they say they will call me back. One picture was taken after we separated one and put in the other box. When someone pays $50 for a meal you would expect it to be decent
This place is fantastic. A lot of grumpy reviews on here, but dine in one evening and you will be amazed how busy this place is and how the staff still manage to do a great job of preparing your food. The wings are nice sized and always nice and hot. You have to wait for your wings because they make them fresh. The flavours are awesome and the staff and very friendly to talk to. Great place. I think the complainers on here are comparing this fast food restaurant to finer dining options.
We have ordered here before and the first time was amazing but tonight we ordered and look at the amount of sauce on the wings! There’s barely any sauce and we can’t even taste the flavors! The garlic parm is literally just sprinkled with shredded Parmesan and no flavor… Everytime I have Wingstop the wings are drowning in sauce so I’m not sure what happened this time?? We had Hawaiian, spicy Korean Q, garlic parm, and hot honey dry rub.

Closest Wingstop for Canadians
Came here on a Monday which was a holiday for Canadians. Wasn’t told about the 70 cent wing special they have on Mondays and Tuesdays which I think the staff should have told us since we ordered some wings.
Lots of people and the store is small - 4 or 5 tables of 4 seats each. Luckily we got a table.
The boneless wings are tiny - they look like popcorn chicken. My least favorite flavor was Original hot but that’s because I don’t like Buffalo wings. Ranch and Honey Mustard sauces were good but you don’t get blue cheese from the blue cheese sauce … you just get salt.
Chicken tenders are a good size and crunchy. We got lemon pepper, garlic parm and Louisiana. All very good flavors. I didn’t like the grease puddle in each of the containers and they give you an estimate of how long each order will take but it’s not accurate.
Thanks to social media everyone wants to come here and being the northernmost Wingstop - the parking lot was full of Canadians. Unfortunately this location is tiny given how busy it probably is every weekend and Canadian holiday.
There’s also no garbage can or area to dispose of your wrappers and tray. They say to leave it on the table but when the place is packed, there’s someone immediately wanting your table when you leave. Also someone advised the bathroom needed cleaning and the staff’s solution was to lock the bathroom so no one could use it.
Heading to Seattle for my 16yr old daughter's volleyball tournament at University of Washington. Daughter has been talking about this place for 2 days so we decided to come here for lunch. We are Canadian so it's costing us 40% more! Don't go boneless, it pretty much costs the same. More value and much tastier with the wings. The hickory bbq flavor was the best compared to parmesan and Hawaiian. The fries with melted cheese was just ok. The corn was ???? ????. $57 USD was overpriced for what you get. Waited 20min for our food and there was only 4 tables available. They were busy though.
First time here as we do not have this store in Canada. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Line up out the door. Not many tables. Only three tables. No garbage cans to be found and only one bathroom. I got the boneless 10 pack with two different flavors, garlic, parmesan and mild barbecue. They were quite salty but crispy. My son had the bone in wings Hickory smoked barbecue and they were really tasty. The french fries are not crispy at all to my taste.
Waited 20 minutes to get our food.
It’s a small space with only 4 or 5 tables, and they were pretty busy when we went on Sunday. Luckily we were able to snag a seat. The wings really good! Super crispy. Fries are just ok. They don’t take cash.
