Food took an hour to get orderd online. Was waiting in establishment for about 35 min the cashier kept telling me one second but nothing was happening. Also the staff that prepared the food was washing their hands with gloves on and kept reusing even though they were touching the counter and other stuff and then touching food. The kitchen was very messy. (This was on 10-11-24) very disappointed.
I don’t write reviews but this place is terrible, placed an online order at 3:30, had an estimate of 15-20 minutes, waited 30 minutes, asked the lady if my order was ready, she said it’ll take another 10 minutes. Didn’t come out for another 30 minutes. People were coming in and ordering after us and getting their food before us (bigger orders). The fries were cold, and some wings barely had any sauce. There was a constant ringing noise coming from the ac ducts, the lobby floor was sticky and had wrappers everywhere, the tables were also sticky and not cleaned. The soda machine barely had a variety of drinks due to the lack of syrup. Definitely understaffed with 2 people making food and one person taking orders, the 2 in the back were messing around. Would not recommend coming to this location, you have a long, unsanitary wait ahead of you.
Customer service doesn't exist. Waited 30 minutes for the cashier to take my order, but instead the cashier was more focus on getting the wifi to work for the TV where no one was dinning. Later on, a couple of worker walked in and severed themselves and sit down and eat. Plus, they dropped a couple of wings on the floor and throw them back in the fryer. Unsanitary and poor service! DON'T BUY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!!
We waited a good 55 minutes for our food too come, the workers messed up some orders. On top of that it looked like they were pretty much playing around in the kitchen area. We saw only one of the girls working which is a shame especially when there is plenty of staff available. They need to lock in fr. There was a guy in glasses not doing anything the whole time we were there, and some skinny tall guy pretending to hold a broom. The girl I mentioned earlier was the only working, pretty much managing the whole store to the best ability.
Ordered online and no email confirmation was sent that it was ready to pick up. After arriving home its missing a full order and we called and they told us to come back. So yeah 6 miles away and they want us to come back. The staff here are rather incompetent and lacks professionalism. I will never ever come back to this place after i got robbed. Horrible service.pathetic
Everything we ordered had to be reheated and fries were cold!!! I made an order on 06.21.24 around 5:50 pm as we were driving to the wingstop so we could be there when it was “fresh and hot”. We arrived to the location at 6 and they gave us our bag at around 6:20. The customer service over the phone was GREAT, so I thought the food would be just as good. So after the call I rated them a 5 star for service but when we got home (it’s only a 5 minute drive to our house) the food was TERRIBLE. We were hoping to have a Good Friday night enjoying wings with friends but this was so unpleasant to have food that wasn’t even warm enough to enjoy! I ordered 2 of the bundles and we had to microwave everything and it just made it soggier. We were so hungry that we just ate it as it was but this deserved to be taken back. I LOVE wingstop but THIS WAS NOT IT !!!
Management needs to step up and make sure the employees are meeting the food standards for this franchise. Food is cold as some reviews have stated so don’t order from here.
Bad customer service, I asked for a cup of water. And was charged for a fountain cup drink. When I repeated that I wanted a water cup and assumed it was free because it's water. The employee assisting me, replied they charge for water cups because they don't trust guest will get water .. I doubt wongstops corporate office would want that communicated to guest in that manner. Especially if you were to a small child that doesn't drink soda or juice...
Wings are decent. Come here every now and then when I get tired of other wing spots. The soda machine is always spewing out liquids and dyes like it's not working properly. Half the sodas taste really bad. The ice isn't working so I'm left with a warm watered down soda. Fix your store please.
