If I could give them zero stars I would. I got the three-piece tender combo with the 32 ounce drink. I got soda season fries and a side of celery only didn’t receive my celery. My fries was cold. I asked what I seasoning they put too much seasoning and they were overcooked. My tenders were overcooked. My Sprite was literally carbonated water. I kept calling and being placed on hold do not order your food from here there are unprofessional or unsanitary. This is not the first time I had an issue with the store, but this is the first time it’s been a big issue How can you mess up a whole order including the drink y’all need to shut this place down and or remove the whole employment and hire new people I’m very dissatisfied
After a hard day at work the last thing I want is a wait on my dinner. But even so it’s something that happens, the girl who took my order, I think her name was Clarisse, or Clarissa, I apologize I can’t remember exactly, she was incredibly kind and helpful, and made the wait a bit more bearable. Besides that everything else was good, the chicken was really good, while not my favorite it’s definitely up, keep up the great worl
Ordered a six piece wing hot honey and Louisiana rub the lady over the phone kept rushing me for my order asking me anything else. Anything else I asked her I wanted The chicken extra crispy she respond well done I said extra crispy when I picked up my order the same lady had a attitude in my order was not as requested extra crispy with extra seasoning on the chicken and five piece corn. I would love my refund or my order made correctly.
Every time I come here the girls always have an attitude but this review goes to Noemi.

Ordered wing stop through the web site..called after receiving my order of 40 wings by delivery. Stephanie proceeded to tell me I was calling the wrong one. I kindly stated well I got the number off the email saying Wynnewood location would deliver. She against tells me no we don't have your name 3 times,... we have no letter K and they are all alphabet Ordered. I DONT HAVE A K IN MY NAME! if she would stop talking to listen to the customer maybe things would be right. Finally she said oh yeah ok well you can bring the 20 wings back and we'll remake them or give you credit on the next order. I HATE ORDERING FROM THIS ONE IT IS NEVER RIGHT. If I wanted to bring them back I would have drove to the one by Walmart to get the order.

Well to start off ordered a 24 piece family pack the wings were not cooked all the way the chicken looked white and the chicken had feathers still on them threw away all shown on picture
