I came in and ordered and waited for my food. The drinks were flat but I didn’t make a big fuss about it. I noticed cooked chicken was already in the fry baskets but I thought that was for another order. I noticed the lady fixing the fries didnt fill my fry boat up she left some fries in the silver mixing bowl. Once I left just as I expected the fry quantity was small. When I went to eat my boneless wings they were hard as a brick aka double fried. So hard not even the blue cheese could save them so I called and spoke to Wesley the manager he stated the chicken was cooked at the right time. Now I’ve eaten at the Phenix City,AL location, the Vinning,GA location and the location in Lake Bunea Vista, FL and never have I ever eaten chicken so darn hard. Wesley didn’t offer to refund nor replace the order and I think that just made my experience even worse. I will never return back here not even if the chicken is free because no one should have to eat boneless wings that have been double fried.
I went here got wings they first don’t put no Parmesan then ask them to remake it they give me a container of Parmesan wings were cold and then they remake the wings after going in a 3rd time and they use the same cold wings put sm butter u can’t even eat it then had some smart stuff to say
The chicken was old and dry and the fries were not seasoned at all. Taste like plain potatoes. I told them but they did nothing. I should've asked for my money back. My cousin and I won't be going back there for a while.
Very clean, staff was very nice, got our food quickly. Quiet little place for lunch. Our boneless wings had sauce, which most places barely put any sauce on their wings, so this was nice! Do recommend!
Made an online order. Was there before estimated order time and food was already prepared. Fries were old and could tell they’d been sitting. Wings were not even warm. It wasn’t busy at all.
If you like wings, this is the best place to come to eat. They have a good variety of flavors to please any taste buds. I do wish they were more consistent when it comes to the size of their boneless wings because at times they can be pretty small. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is well designed. I also would like it to have more seating because at times it's pretty busy and not a lot of seats.
As a bit of Wingstop connoisseur i must admit this has quickly become one of my top 3 locations! Possibly the best.. THEM

We will not be eating from Wingstop ever again. We have spent a lot of money through the years and these dummies can’t seem to get right. Years ago the wings was on point... The wings now are never cooked the way we requested them to be cooked. The fries are either burnt or not cooked long enough. We were asked to pay over the phone which was something new. They wouldn’t drop our food until we got there. Waited and the food still wasn’t right. The fries were burnt. Asked the worker did the fries look well done to her, she said no. I’ll be happy to post pictures. Never again......Fire the whole crew on Weems rd.
