unpleasant place. The customer service is disgusting, it took too long to deliver my order and they dispatched other orders from people who arrived at the place after me first. When they finally gave me my food I was disappointed again, I asked for my order without anything spicy and it seemed like they had done it maliciously because when they delivered it to me they laughed. I definitely won't go back to that place.
This place is a SCAM!! Ordered online to go lemon pepper and mild classic order (which they charge you more for!) and what I got was the below nuggets
Now this establishment refuses to answer my calls and return my money as you can see not even the flavors I ordered. On top of that they didn’t give me a drink on a COMBO meal. Save your money and time and go to fire wings up the street in Pinole, way better food, service and quality. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Absolute trash and refuses to correct their mistakes.
Everyone that i have encountered at this restaurant whether over the phone or in person is incredibly pleasant. This is so important you me and I will continue spending money here mainly because of the customer service and the food is always fresh.
Came here today with my hubbs and son. We ordered the 40pc meal. We got the boneless lemon pepper, Hawaiian, BBQ, and parmasan. The wings were good, fries, not so much. We'll return at some point. Next time, I think we'll order ahead, because the wait was kinda long.
We went today to order some wing regular and boneless. But so disappointing, because the wings were dry and had no sauce, it looked like oil to me. Also I decided to order a chicken sandwich which was nothing special The chicken was dry and overcooked and no sauce , no lettuce and no tomato How can you call that a sandwich, also the fries were too saggy. And let's talk about the fountain drink that tastes just like water. Probably this will be my last time eating here.
Extremely rude employees at Wendy’s for kicking my brother and his friends out along with my father. They called the cops on them for doing absolutely nothing. Worst fast food location ever.
This used to be my favorite food place but they have seriously went down hill. This is my 2md to last time ordering there. My food was cold and I asked for well done hot wings and wet. Clear as day you can see these wings barely have any sauce and extra seasoning for the fries. Can you tell they barely have any ? I try not by o complain because I eat there ALOT like at least a few times a month but the food is getting worse and the customer service is lacking. They let all the good people go or they left. Come on Wingstop
Dry chicken took forever to get my order then it was missing items that took forever again to get the rest by the time I got to eat first half was cold and dry as the Sahara. Fries were soggy and WAAAY over salted. Plenty of chicken places out there I won't be back here.
