The food is great only if you order through door dash and eat somewhere else. Place is just not clean and the worker in the kitchen was on her phone. The worker up front took a while to acknowledge a couple that had come in, they ended up leaving. Food also took a long time to get to our table.
We drove and hour to get wingstop and the best part of the experience was the cashier. We didn’t get his name but it was a young bald guy. Thank you for the great service.
Had great customer service, from the bald kid greeting at the front. He was very respectful and friendly made us feel invited. Our food was better than it ever had been, and on time, fresh and warm. Every time we go there our fries are soggy but today they were crunchy and fresh. Such great customer service, VERY respectful he was. Definitely will be going back and asking for him!!!
Arrived at 5:53p to pick up an order and they were working on it. At 6:11p I asked again and it had been placed on the shelf but the guy at the counter didn’t notice, food was cold when he gave me the bag ????
Confused why there is even an option to order in advanced. Placed an order at 11am to be ready at 8:15. There have been 4 people that have came and got their pick up order. Good food, just don’t try to plan this as a hurry meal as all it will do is anger you and you end up being more rushed then swinging into a drive thru
Food is pretty good. However, it was quite outrageous that my lovely basketball coaches waited an HOUR for their food. The boy working forgot to give me a cup for my drink ???? AND also the workers keep coming in and out of the establishment… quite suspicious if I do say so myself. I would give you a 0 but that is not possible so I’ll give you a 1. I am absolutely outraged by this whole situation. NOT OKAY! stay safe everyone eat at home instead ????
Guy working was very unfriendly towards customers, all you got with questions was a simple nod of the head. Pop machine was out of everything except for diet or zero sugar, and when I asked the guy about he, all I got once again was a simple shake of the head to let me know they were out of EVERYTHING, he didn't even offer to give me my money back nor check the pop bibs to see if they were empty. Very unprofessional, dirty place! Save your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
#worththewait….I think not. This was our first time eating here. It took them 10mins before they even took our order, then 35mins to get our food, which the fries were burnt and the wings were cold. And then….they ran out of ranch and said they had to make more…..I ate very slow so I could eat with my ranch that never came!! After sitting there with our food for another 40 mins, we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
