Best WLM Reviews

I recently visited the Wingstop in Sunnyside, Oregon, and had a great experience, largely thanks to their cashier, Emma. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Emma was incredibly patient as I browsed through the menu, offering helpful recommendations and answering all my questions without making me feel rushed.
Her professionalism stood out, even during a busy time. She made sure my order was accurate and even checked back with me to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such attentive and personable service these days, but Emma made the experience memorable. The food was delicious, as expected from Wingstop, but it was her excellent customer service that will keep me coming back.
I’ve been to this location a few times and each time the chicken has been fantastic. Emma working at the front was super kind and suggesting flavors and Chyna was awesome too. Great to see good employees at a restaurant these days, it’s hard to find someone that stops to ask you about your day and bring a touch of joy into your day.
Will be coming back!
Unfortunately my visit to the Clackamas Wingstop on 11/24/24 was a bust.
The host Emma was polite and seemed like she cared about the order, however, I am not exactly sure who was responsible for preparing my order. I specifically asked for well done wings and received wings that were barely cooked all the way through and barely covered in any flavor sauce (Mango Habanero and Lemon Pepper).
Very disappointed in my experience, since I have had solid orders made in the past.
Hopefully, it was a one-off disappointment.
Will probably order from this spot again, just not on a Sunday (or if I see that same team in the kitchen making wings!)
To begin I would like to clarify that this negative review does not affect the performance of the employees. I was happy with the employees no complaints there whatsoever. The food though, man oh man let you say not great. The chicken was literally flavorless. I didn't know that was entirely possible but once you try the chicken without any sauces or dips or anything like that there is absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Which is honestly impressive. Especially when having a bone in Wing. Most of the sauce was rather bland as well the entire meal just felt and I would best describe it as lazy. The fries look sad and deflated like an old man who's about to retire from his office job. Just go to the Buffalo wild wings instead. If you happen to be reading this review in front of the location stop by the tea shop next door it's fantastic.
I’m giving a very generous 3 stars. The chicken wasn’t really that good. It tasted like Tyson frozen chicken that you find in the freezer section of the grocery store. If you want good chicken strips/tenders go to Dave’s Hot Chicken which is in the same complex.
Emma provided great customer service. She sauced and tossed my wings to perfection . She is awesome and always provides amazing service. We come to this location just for her.
So good, 10/10 do recommend!
@teresabliving One of my favorite fast food places. Lemon pepper dry rub all day! Crunchy, crispy, salty, lemon flavored heat. Their kitchen is literally a row of fryer baskets. I a had mango habenero, BBQ, medium, and garlic parm and I go back to lemon pepper everytime. If I want some heat, I'll toss them in Frank's Buffalo Sauce at home. Fries are decent but usually cold by the time I get home and I toss them in the air frier for a 5 minutes (if I'm eating fries they won't be cold and soggy). It beats the time it takes me to bake and grill wings at home. A bit spendy: 20 wings, fries, and celery is $37. We always order classic which do take 25-30 minutes so I ALWAYS ORDER AHEAD. I have yet to have any service issues. I even chose delivery this time via their website and it was delivered by a Postmates driver, 50 minutes to Gladstone.
