Ordered a family order of wings, 30 wings, three different kinds. We arrived on time to pick up the order as they confirmed the entire order was in the bag, we proceeded home. Arrived home 15 minutes later only to find out that our entire order was NOT in the bag, in fact we were missing more than half of our order. Upon calling the store to report what we were missing they asked us to return to the store for a complete order. We proceeded back to the store to pick up the order and returned home...only to find out that the order we received was NOT the order we placed! Our 6 Cajun wings were replaced with 6 original spicy wings. We called the store AGAIN and had the great displeasure of speaking with a young man that had NO customer service skills. After being hung up on we called back and asked to speak to the manager on duty, at which point we explained that we had made three trips to their store and still did not have our proper order and we're at this point starving! The manager was unable to offer a refund for the meal but could refund only the 5 wings that weren't right. That would have been fine before we made three trips to the store and ended up without the order we wanted and wings we could t eat!!! A Friday night order yes, but is that not what business you are in?? Surely you have many many orders that are more complicated than ours, why is an order for 3 wings with 3 different flavors so difficult?? Also, if you knew you had it wrong why would you act as if we were in the wrong for demanding a correction?? Also the fried were over cooked as well!
They need to clean this restaurant, it’s dirty especially the drink fountain/Dispenser -
I couldn’t drink from it cus it was disgusting. They need to do better in cleaning. The floor needs to be mopped aswell.

First thing they said was it’s going to be an hour wait. Then once they started taking our order they asked if it’s for here or to go. Once we said here the cashier went to ask the manager if we can eat there. Which i thought was weird since it was only 8pm and they close at 12am. Then i ordered just flats and they said they are not taking any special orders. At that point I just said forget it I am not going to waste my money and time and not get what I want. First time visiting this location and will definitely never come back.
My husband arrived to get our order. we did not expect it to be done because of course we placed it 10 minutes ago. he was on the way home and passing by so he decided to just go in and wait. they asked what he was there for and he told them a pick up. let me emphasize THEY ASKED HIM..(i was on the phone the entire time and hear the interaction) not the other way around. he gave them the name for the order and they had an attitude and decided to emphasize the order pick up time. we know this, we are in the service industry but the last 3 times we went by that time our food was cold and soggy. we just wanted to be there when it was done. please get staff that can hide their misery better and have actual customers service skills, especially when the customer is not being rude or needy in any way. last time i’ll be ordering here. also apparently they are out of ice and only doing “flats”. management needs to address this entire operation.
Went into the store for a to-go order. It was almost $30 for ONE meal, to start. I ordered a 10 piece bone in (all flats) combo, extra crispy. I specifically asked for extra crispy fries AND wings because I knew I was ordering to go and I didn’t want them soggy. It took over 20 minutes for my food to be ready, which would have been fine if they took that time to get my order right. They didn’t. Everything was soggy and disgusting. I also ordered cheese sauce for my fries and that wasn’t terrible, but the fries were soggy, so I couldn’t even enjoy that. I have not gone to this place in a while because it was terrible in the past. I wanted to give it another chance, unfortunately, there has been no improvement.
Worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. Was placed order and came in 30 min later. Was told order will be ready at a stated pick up time in 40 more min. Came in 10 min before they requested and it turns out it has been sitting there. 15 of the 20 boneless wings were terrible and had no seasoning. Completely incorrect. This Wingstop ALWAYS FAILS.
This is the worst wing stop in san antonio. They are super slow and rude no customer service skills. Don't order from here you will be waiting longer than a wait list, sitting down ordering your food and waiting for your food to come out. Then Getting readily to pay your bill, that's when u can go back to wing stop and pick up your order you placed online. So if you want to eat order 4 hours before you are hungry.
We usually live this place and come often. Lately our food has taken over 30 minutes more than what was estimated. Today while we waited over 30 mins for the order that should have been ready by 1:50 pm (its 2:22) we saw a cook spilling cheese all over the machine and counter and he proceeded to scrape it off the counter and put it in container to give to us. Of course that’s dirty and denied it so we got clean one but that’s unsanitary and unacceptable.
