I will not be going back to this location. The staff played way too much. Cursing and joking, even the "manager". Although the person who took our order was nice. We waited about 40 minutes for 2 six pieces. About four other people were served before us after coming in after us. Their ticket system was trash as I watched them shuffle them... not really in order.
There's a puddle on the floor with a cord stretched somewhere... doesn't seem safe or sanitary.
The drink machine had issues and all the drinks tasted like seltzer.
The fries were greasy and soggy. The garlic parmesan wings tasted like nothing. The lemon pepper were just ok.
I fed the rest to my dog.
There are better places to spend money.
One of my worst ever experience in a restaurant in our global village . I waited 40 minutes to get a chicken ???? sandwich, apparently they forgot my order which can tell you about the inefficiency in the restaurant. The sandwich was very bad . There is lack of consideration from all the staff of the place. If there is a number less than 1 ,I would give you for this place. I will definitely advise you to Avoid going to it
Staff were very unprofessional, my wait time was 33 minutes for 8 wings, and fries. During my wait I really got to see a lot of horse playing, and some of the associates just standing around. The place was not even busy, just very disorganized. There was only one person out of the eight that showed some kind of effort at getting customers orders out. I gave two stars only because my wings were on point, my fries were cold and the tea was like water, very light in color and tasted like water. They did not let me know that there would be any kind of wait, good customer service would have given you an idea of how long the wait would be as a courtesy. 8/12/2024 5:30p - 6:30p
Today I stopped by the Wing Stop here in Greensboro to grab some Atomic Wings. It was a great experience. First and foremost the manager Diamond and cashier Da’nya were both a great representative of the company. They were funny, friendly, helpful and professional and welcoming. My wings were delicious, timely, and very hot “just like I like it”. Any time I’m in town I’ll make sure to stop by and shop here. Great great people and a great asset to the company.
The workers would rather stand in the back and joke about their manager named Diamond quitting than to actually cook the food. Watched multiple people get incorrect food/orders while we sat and waited for almost an hour on our simple order. We were almost late for our next stop because these people can’t get their crap together.
This was my first time ordering from Wingstop after being convinced to try them. I placed an online order and did not pick it up myself, so I couldn’t speak on the service or atmosphere. The food was okay—I only ate it because I was hungry. My fries were mostly overcooked and burnt, so I couldn’t eat much of them. I would have liked a more consistent size for the boneless wings and more thorough sauce coverage. Overall, give 3 stars because I loved the atomic flavor and ranch.
Avoid at all cost. The poor customer service and incompetence has reached an all new high. Diiamond, the “Manager” with no training, is inefficiency and poorly handles orders. Waiting 7-10 days with no refund documentation seems kinda scammish. Definitely she is no gem. She needs not to work with the public.
Lesson learned, avoid Gate City at all cost. Head over to Wendover better wings and service!
This was our first wing stop experience. We ordered a 6piece combo. We waited about 35minutes. There were 3 soda options in the machine out of like 10+. The cashier was respectful and that’s what the one star is for
