OVER PRICED AND OVER RATED. My son likes to order from this location. He likes their food. The establishment leaves much to be desired. I walked in to pick up his order once and while the young lady at the front was pleasant; the rest of the environment was just okay. The employees were all working to get orders out while listening to music. I wasn’t a fan of what was playing. I don’t think it was appropriate for a business. The front counter area was not tidy. There were receipts and straw paper strewn about. I also am not a fan of their prices. My son got 20 boneless tenders and an extra sauce and paid almost $50.00. Never again. That’s bill money. There is plenty of parking here in the lot out front. It’s also conveniently located in a shopping center close to the highway.
The wait was a little long but the young lady at the register was so nice and respectful. She got us in and out with no issues. Everyone was pleasant in the restaurant and had excellent customer service. I will be back again! Food was hot and fresh everything was good.
I really wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this hole in a wall. The wings had feathers still on them, the cajun corn was old as heck and the fries were limp and cold. The guy (possible manger) acted like I was disturbing his rest as he sat at the first table that was cluttered and littered with papers. He was so uninterested in taking my order. The drink/condiment counter was filthy, the floor by drink station was filthy. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
I'm not sure what the hype is about Wing Stop. The food was okay at best, this restaurant was dirty and smelled of old grease and the service is fair. I assume the cashier hates her job, at least, that is how she appeared, but the kitchen staff and manager were polite. The food was hot, but I didn't get the hype. I had the tender combo. The fries were bland and lacked any flavor. The tenders are a great size and taste but over hyped on social media. I also tried the corn, and it, too, is over hyped. The ranch was amazing and made the meal edible. All this to say, I'm glad I tried it, but I will not be back.
Everything in the store looks clean and put in the correct place. My food was fresh and everything was seasoned. This is my first time at this location, I can definitely say i enjoyed my experience
Walked in the front door waved and smiled at the 2 gentlemen in the kitchen area. One of them looked at me and carried on what he was doing. Didn't say anything just looked away. After standing there a little longer and still no acknowledgement, I decided my business wasn't wanted there so I left. Not a great way to get new customers.
Very respectful workers, the man up front was very polite and listened to everything I asked for my food. Came out in a timely manner, wings were cooked perfectly, and the fries were seasoned just right for my liking. Would recommend this place to my friends and family!
Gave me an order of chicken that was spicy by mistake and I cannot easy spicy food. Had yet to refund me or receive a call from the GM as promised after several calls. One lady manager was very rude to both me and my daughter when we came in for said refund. Customer service is horrible and the cost is too high to be given the wrong food and nobody care to refund for their mistake.
