Best WLM Reviews
Order was placed to the Stateline store by accident or system error. But when I came into the Richmond road location (which I thought I ordered at) and found this out there was no course of action to promptly take care of the customer. I was told pay again and wait 20 minutes. Nobody had a good way to help other than pay and wait. When your lunch is only 45 minutes and you already drive 10 minutes there. It won’t work. Definitely needs to have management training for instances like this. Take care of the customer. Very disappointed for an establishment I truly do like the food. And to top it off have to wait till Monday maybe to get a refund. Money lost. Time lost. Customer Care not present.
So everytime i order Door Dash from this location the fries come burnt and stuck together and the wings come with feathers still attached. Is this for real? Im not sure if they don't care about the quality of their food anymore since the pandemic or what. Definitely wont be ordering anymore
Jamellia the clerk was pestering us for a tip. She didn't provide any extra service at all. We placed our order and didn't tip because why should we? All she did was her job. She wouldn't rambling while we tried to eat. She threatened to steal and eat my food if I didn't tip her. I felt threatened and obligated to give her my money.
Finally found something too hot to eat the atomic wings!! They were busy but the staff and food were amazing!! Definitely will return!!
Amazing customer service, great food, just a great spot overall
Do NOT believe your getting superior wings here! The game was on today (12/29/19), went to the freezer to find these Walmart wings. I thought, no way, I've been needing to try the Wingstop just up the road. Got them home and instantly thought ... man, if this was a blind taste test of these Walmart version of wings in my freezer vs these from this reputable wing place I would not have a clue which was which!!! Very disappointing Wingstop. Maybe it was just these boneless wings today, but no kidding should've saved $20 bucks and thrown these from Walmart in the stove! Hey, but the fries were fantastic! But, I won't recommend nor try them again.
I’m giving 2 stars because of the great costumer service, but Worst food ever, cooked they fries and chicken tenders in burnt grease, fries and chicken tenders were black, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless for a beverage and to watch tv, never again????????????????
The service was absolutely abysmal. We came in on a Sunday night and they had more than half the dining room closed down. When customers tried to use those tables there was a heated argument. Definitely not very welcoming.
By the way, this argument did not involve us at all. We just witnessed it and it was not a good look for the restaurant.
Food was great. No complaints there.
