There was a really good deal on the app so I was excited to try Wingstop again!
The Garlic Parmesan tenders never disappoint and are a hit with everyone! We also tried the lemon pepper wings and it had a very strong fresh lemon flavor. We also got hot honey flavor which was delicious! We upgraded our fries to cheese fries for $1 and it was a large serving.
We ordered online and it was not ready when it should have been. We waited an additional 10 minutes standing in a growing group of people also waiting for their orders in the front of the store.
Today I ordered carryout. I got home, opened my fries, and they were raw. Didn’t think much of it, called the store up, asked if they could remake my fries. So I bring the fries in, they made a new batch less than three minutes. For the second time, my fries were raw. We asked for a refund, and they refused to give us it unless we brought the fries in-again. Extremely bad service, the manager was absolutely no help. Wont be coming back
I would literally give them zero stars. To start off I found a fried DEAD BEE in my food (as the picture shows). Called the store to place the complaint and they didn’t want to believe me, said it’s probably “a piece of corn, since they fry everything together” so I asked if I can get a refund and they denied my request since “they don’t have bugs in their restaurant” AGAIN THE PICTURES SHOW OTHERWISE!! The circled image shows THE STINGER!!! How is that a piece of corn!
I ASKED FOR XTRA LEMON PEPPER SEASONING ON MY FRIES, DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT, I ASKED FOR LOUISIANA RUB SEASONING ON MY CHICKEN, DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT EITHER, THEY GAVE ME SOME KIND OF WET SAUCE THAT WAS ALL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER SO THE CHICKEN WAS STILL DRY...VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE I LOVE WINGSTOP BUT, I WILL NEVER GO TO THE "MILLER PARKWAY" LOCATION AGAIN...THE BEVERAGE AREA WAS DISGUSTING, USED, WET PAPER TOWELS ON THE MACHINE, EVERYTHING WAS STICKY...I GAVE MY CUP BACK & BOUGHT A DRINK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Highly pissed placed an online order went to pick it up and it took an extra hour up there waiting then I get home and my chicken was not well done like I requested nor was there any seasoning on half of it. Food was just thrown together.
I will never go back there again paid my money and received garbage how do u have your customers waiting forever for their food and don’t give them what they paid for. This is bullshit????????????????????????????????
Order an order through door dash my order was wrong asked for the fries to be well done and they were not even close. I also ordered a 30 pack of wings. They were cooked well done calls the store and complained they said I could bring the food back and have it remade. If I wanted to leave my house I would not have ordered through door dash. I ended up hanging up on the manager. This was the worst customer service with a restaurant I’ve ever had. Something needs to be done. This is ridiculous especially since I ordered $55 worth of food.
Good wasn’t that good at all. Just had the tenders and I had better elsewhere. I wanted garlic parm and it was sprinkled on. I thought it would be in the sauce but I guess not. Plus the breading was hard. Definitely won’t waste my time here again
I initially thought maybe I requested my fries with no seasoning online, so I just ate them. The fries aren’t good without the seasoning! We ordered again last night and we got cheese fries, which we didn’t order, and fries with no seasoning again. My son told me the same thing happened with him last week. So that’s 3 times the fries have come with no seasoning. They must be out of seasoning for the fries and instead of advising such, they just make fries without the seasonings, nit even salt. The original hot wings weren’t good like they used to be either. Probably will just stop eating Wingstop altogether. I don’t have time for hit or miss food.
