We ordered original hot boneless wings and they came with NOOO sauce but maybe 2-3 pieces. I told the cashier if we can get more sauce and she said her manager is very strict on that and they couldn’t add more sauce. I always go to other wing stops and never had this problem!
I placed an online order to pickup on the way home. Stopped at the restaurant, picked up my order and headed home to find they gave me the wrong order. They called my name and bag had my name on it. Do these look like mild boneless wings?
Went today to get a simple 10 piece and frys. Girl at register forgot to ask bone in or bone out and I totally snapped to and after I filled my soda I asked her to make sure. Not even 30 seconds later the so called "Manager" Sam walks up with a bag of food (so fast I believe it was already made probably for someone else) I ask her to please change it to bone out then she says sorry it's already made you have to take it! I said that's unacceptable and I wanted a refund! She said with a horrible attitude "well refunds take 14 days..." like that was gonna make me take the food I didn't want! Told her nope call the real manager! Another girl came up gave me a cash refund and made things right. But the attitude on that "manager" was so horrendous here I am! I need a real Store Manager to reach out to me our I'm calling corporate because that's ridiculous!
Service is fast and friendly. I order online and the wait time is usually short (15 -20 min). The only gripe I have about the food is the wings aren't all the way covered in sauce, some are completely naked ????. Otherwise, everything is pretty good.
Do not eat here at the location on coors and I-40 in Albuquerque New Mexico. Had dinner and all the wings had feathers on them were practically full of them. Took them back and they refused to remake our order and manager Brianna was very rude.
Tasty food, happy with the flavors. Worker were nice and place was clean. Recommending the Korean Q highly.
“Zay” was my flavor master and my wings were 10/10. Perfectly cooked and enough sauce but not too much!! Thank you!
The GM here is awesome ???? made sure my order was correct and had great customer service! The place was clean! It was an overall good experience and I’ll be going to this wing stop over others in town!
