11/17/24, placed an order through Doordash & there was mold in my ranch. I attempted to call but it’s an automated system that tries to assist you. Then, if you attempt to make a complaint, you get sent to some 3rd party entity where you can’t understand a word they are saying. Doordash refunded me but I would still like to warn others.
I definitely recommend this location. Customer service is amazing. I really wish I knew the older woman's name who prepared my food. She was amazing and made me feel welcomed. I ordered from here twice in one night. I will always visit this location whenever I come into town.
Too many people in the kitchen but the wait time is too long. Place not even busy. My first time and last time. Owners and managers need to really pay attention to the business process and workers. Show love and the food will get delivered or made with Love . . Just me and my family opinion. Not trying to stop anyone else from eating there. Much love.
We placed a pickup order around 2:30 p.m. for 5 p.m. When we arrived to pick up the order, it was not ready. My husband waited an additional 35 minutes for the food. We ordered three different flavors. They put all of the wings in one pan on top of one another. All the flavors were mixed together, and my children couldn't really eat them because they all ended up being spicy. The service and food prep were unacceptable.
I was disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff during my visit. Despite having several employees on duty, they appeared disengaged, and the level of cleanliness throughout the establishment was well below acceptable standards. I also had concerns regarding the staff’s conduct, as they did not present themselves in a professional manner. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made in both staff performance and cleanliness.
Stopped at this location on ATL HWY with my son this morning and was greeted by a cashier named LaKendra. Spent around $50. The food was fresh & good! She recommended some wing flavors & I took her suggestion. So glad I did! This location was very clean and the staff were friendly & well groomed. 10/10 recommend!
Okay…. This trip to WingStop was a success. The food was fresh and the New Carolina gold wings get a 10/10 with and without the ranch. Garlic parm & lemon pepper my sun said was good. I had the fried corn it was yummy as usual. I’ve had it about 4 times now. Fries was fresh and yummy also. I only gave it four stars because he didn’t give my change (.86¢) ???????? but I considered it a tip. They was busy & thought they’ll put it in the bag. I also asked for no Cajun seasoning on my corn but it wasn’t too spicy. I gave my daughter the pieces that had too much seasoning. Overall yummy & the new Carolina Gold wings should be a permanent item on the menu.
We ordered mild wings and received plain wings. My husband called to see if he could bring the order back to correct it and they told him that he have to take that up with door dash. We will not spending money here ever again. To be honest they need to close this one down❗️❗️
