Just visited this location and the customer service was terrible. Walked in the store, was not greeted by anyone. There were several other customers waiting to be serviced, however, employees were huddled together talking on the store phone trying to figure out their scheduling issue. This went on for at least 15 minutes until I stepped up and asked if I could get my order (that I placed online). Extremely unprofessional.
The food was okay, I ordered two 10 piece boneless wings. One order didn’t seem as fresh as the other.
First and last time eating here. Customer service is so bad. I did a pick up order online and when I walked in I had to put my food and drink order together. The worker had a friend there and was more concerned about talking with them. I did tip 20% which is more frustrating. The tip should be to gather my order ready for pick up. Rude customer service and unprofessional. All my food tasted like old oil and staled. Don't recommend anyone eating here.
There were employees fighting and cussing. The wings literally have no sauce on them. They didn't put our ranch in the order. Absolute trash. Do not eat here.
Ordered online and was quoted 16-20min. Took at least 45min (hence 1 star reduction). As I was rolling into my garage telling my daughter never again, I was hoping the food was garbage. It wasn’t garbage. It was the opposite of garbage. It was delicious. Skip the carrots and celery (I’m wondering if this is what took so long - they were huge chunks cut with a knife - not like BWW or just stick with celery. It was fine). The wings and fries - they were delicious. Another guy told me to plan on 45min in the future, which I will do. The employees were courteous enough. They were super busy.
From the moment my husband, 4 children and myself walked in the employees gave us dirty looks. All but one were very rude! Cussing and screaming at each other. Took 45 mins to get our order, which is fine. That wasn’t the problem, but the whole time sitting there waiting I had a terrible feeling like I just wanted to get our order and get out of there. Terrible customer service. The wings were good. But the fries they gave us looked like old fries that had been sitting there for quite awhile.
Asked for hot honey rub and got everything but with a big side of attitude. Currently on hold for almost 15 minutes when asking for my refund so I can go get my food from a better location. After trying to give me two wrong orders of plain wings just ended up drenching the plain wings in hot honey rub seasoning (RAW SEASONING). Tried to eat it and it was disgusting. Could only take two bites.
Horrible. We were picking up a door dash order for one person. They had added on to the order so there were two orders. But still for one customer. They just added more to their order. Both of these orders were placed before we arrived at the store.
We sat and waited for an hour. During this time we asked how long the wait would be 3 separate times and were told each time it would be another 15 minutes. After the third time we heard cook tell front of house that they forgot to cook one of the chicken sandwiches.
We watched at least 10 customers come in after us who waited and got their orders and left before we could leave.
NEVER once was there an “I’m sorry” and any type of remorse. Had there of at least be an apology I wouldn’t be writing a stinky review.
No matter what you order, they get it wrong.
-Well done wing = slimy and barely seasoned
-Well done fries xtra seasoning = underdone and no seasoning
-Veggies = no veggies
When you check the order they get an attitude.
