This service was absolutely abysmal. My significant other got the chicken TENDERS and they gave her boneless wings. Mind you this was through the app. We went in to get it resolved and they said they can’t fix it or refund the money since it was already made. This was appalling, as we asked for the manager and the worker said they were the manager. I hope to find a way to get my money back as this is not something that anyone should have to deal with.
I am honestly a bit disappointed with this place. I was excited to try it for the first time and was given wings that still had feathers attached to it. 0/10 recommend eating here and will never go back as it made me so nauseous to think I almost let my daughter eat these
My son and I have eaten here 4 or 5 times now and every time has been excellent. Made-to-order wings and the selection of sauces are great. Friendly staff and never too crowded.
i ordered garlic parmesan and it’s literally no seasoning on the chicken … just received plain wings
This was terrible. Wings were obviously not fresh, refried I am guessing. Hard and Dry and not much flavor.
Bathrooms in this place had out of order signs on both doors and the entire back of restuarant smelled of urine..
Honestly if it had not been so late and and since I ordered to go.. It was a mistake stopping here.. never again!
This is probably the best wings I’ve had. Yes they take a while but that’s only sometimes, and it cost a lot but great service but the only thing I gotta complain about is I have no where to throw away my stuff and I don’t like that we have to leave out stuff on the table so the employees have to pick it up. It’s supposed to be our trash to pick up not there’s.
Ice machine has been broken for over a month and now they have nearly nothing in stock in their beverage fountain. No sprite, no Hi-C, no flavors for Coca-Cola. The machine was also leaking water. The staff doesn't really seem to care. This place really needs to step it up.
Why are they charging 8% food tax when it's supposed to be 7%
