The better call and order about 30 minutes before you are ready to get your order; took 40 minutes for our order to be ready. The wings had the perfect crunch and flavor to it, but the place was a little dirty.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online ahead of time said it would be ready in about 30-35. Got there and waited over an hour more for my food. Got my food and it was COLD!!! Get your crap together wingstop!
I placed my order at 6pm it said it would be ready by 6:16-6:21pm. We arrive for our order. Only for them to say it would be another 45 minute wait, because my order didn't appear. I didn't receive my order till 7:45pm. Fries were cold. Wings were so over cooked. Overall total disappointment.
The boneless wings were cold and the order took too long. We ate them anyway because we were in a hurry but we won't be returning.
The Manager Melissa gives great customer service she’s always so helpful and kind one of the best workers there !!
I hadn’t ordered Wingstop in years, but decided to pickup takeout as a Mother’s Day meal. I like their unique fries with their ranch. I arrived home with the meal (30 minute drive) and there’s NO RANCH!!!
It’s ridiculous that I placed and paid my order online, yet I arrive to pickup my order and they literally threw it at me, because they’re ‘very busy and stressed’ with their customers.
I live in Rio grande and I’ve came to this restaurant multiple times sometimes 2 times a week and there so slow I ordered and they gave me my food 30 mins after and some cops got there 10 mins after me and they got served first
They not use gloves when they making the food like they should be and when a person does DoorDash it say time it should be done but they take 30 minutes longer then it says it does.
