First off, I was so excited to try the ranch cause I only hear great things. I ordered 3 ranch sauces. I would understand mixing up on one, but all 3 were blue cheese. The cheese on the cheese fries were non existent and there was no syrup in the coke zero. The Mango habanero wings were good though. All in all, I'm disappointed.
I'm surprised with the reviews. We went there for a quick lunch after Ross and we enjoyed it very much. It has basic chicken burger, but nice fries boneless or classic wing and vegetables fries. Coca freestyle machine was a plus. Totally worth it
Fresh food and fast service. No complaints. Staff attended me as soon as I entered the store and assisted me with my coupon. My food wasn’t over seasoned and cooked to perfection despite the staff having several orders. The store itself was very tidy. Definitely recommend this location
The food, customer, service, and friendliness of this Wingstop is the best in Miami. I recently had an issue with a DoorDash driver never arriving, which was no fault to the restaurant, and they helped me out which was amazing which most places would not do. The food is always on point and super fresh here it never disappoints. Thank you to the young lady and gentlemen that were helping me out tonight with my order.
This was my first time trying out this place so I had high hopes. I arrived around 11pm and the employee in the front told me there were no more wings only tenders. Then she said I couldn’t use the restroom because they already cleaned it. Keep in mind they supposedly close at 12AM. The phone would ring and none of the employees would pick it up. They said we couldn’t dine in only take out. Halfway through my meal, I find a red hair in my fries. None of the employees were wearing gloves or had their hair tied up. Will not be returning.
they did not give me the food i ordered when i ordered a ten piece they gave me six pieces and barelyyyyy any bbq korean sauce
I've been to this Wingstop several times since they opened. I usually get pretty service and food. However today 12/21/22 I placed an order online at 7:02 pm. It's now 7:41 pm and I am still here waiting for my food! Ridiculous! Not saying I won't be back but maybe wait time could be reflected better when you order online. Maybe do like Domino's or Pizza Hut and update people on their orders!
Then when I finally get my order the guy is asking me to prove it by the phone number. I waited almost an hour for what should have been 20 to 30 minutes now I have to prove who I am! Please!
UPDATE! Made it home the order was right except they gave me nothing but blue cheese dressing! MY ENTIRE ORDER HAD RANCH! It will be a good while before I return! I am highly disappointed this time around!
The best wings of my life!! Definitely, I will schedule many returns trips.
