The food was really bad. The chicken was fine, but it was all messed up due to the condiments. Everything was super salty, and oily. We couldn't eat the fries, extremely salty, burnt, and fried in obviously old oil. The only motive to give them more than one star is that the employees were really kind, but the food was not good at all, except for the veggies, those were fresh. Won't come back.
I try to avoid this location cause it sometimes smells bad. But I was on my way to appointment and stopped here. Smelled fine this time but order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and was ready over 30 minutes. But the worst part is/was the food. Fries were almost brown (wish I had take a picture) like they’d been fried then fried again or left in grease. I didn’t ask to have them remade cause I worried that would take too long and as I said I was on my way to an appointment. Even worse 2 or my 6 wings were in shreds as if someone had eaten them and they were drenched in grease. This is not something that should be served to a customer. I’m writing this in hopes that cleanliness, good customer service and food presentation at this location will improve.
Called them last night and was placed on hold for 12 minutes, so I decided to drive there and once I got there it was empty. Not many people in the lobby or in the restaurant eating. So I called again to place a to go order in the parking lot and Ruby didn’t ask me what the name was for the order. I asked for all flats for both my orders and only received one order with all flats. So we walked back inside and brought the other order in and she stood there for almost 2 minutes basically telling us that we were wrong, that she knew what we ordered and that she even repeated the order over the phone. She repeated the correct order over the phone but yet our food wasn’t correct meaning she didn’t type it in right. 0/10 customer service.
Made an order through the app and the manager called me right away and told me to contact DoorDash and that he couldn’t do anything. Called DoorDash and they ended up having to contact the store regardless. Contacted my bank to dispute this thievery.
The wings were absolutely delicious. I got the summer combo that had 25 boneless wings and 2 drinks. Some corns and some French fries out of this world deal. I think I'm gonna get this next week. Thank you wingstop for providing good service good food and great prices?
They forgot food on my order and when I called about it they put me on hold for 23 mins before I hung up. Also the tenders are the size of jumbo shrimp. I wont be going back. Try wing kings people they have huge strips and boneless bites and I never had any food missing.
We had an amazing experience and the girl at front made our day, Thankyou for been so nice on my son's birthday lunch. Much appreciated ???? ????
Normally I let things slide by, but today I called to place my order at 11:49 and was left on hold for 42 minutes. I drove to the location and saw it was not even busy at all. Place my order and while placing my order my host Michelle , answer another call places that customer on hold , and finished ringing up me. Once I'm done the phone rings and finally my call went through .. 12:31 was able to place my order,
