We were super excited to finally try Wing Stop but that quickly changed. When we opened the door, the lady at the front was very disrespectful. We told her we wanted some boneless wings with two sauces, she then informed us that they were out of both of those sauces. We tried to switch our sauce choice to two different ones, but they were out of both of those too! We were baffled. We figured it out and said whatever. We got our cups and went to get unsweetened iced tea and raspberry tea and they were out of both. Tried to get lemonade and that was out too, shocker! Sat down at a table, it was filthy. Went to use the restroom and that was horrible (smelled like poop and garbage). Finally got our food and our fries were still cold in the middle. I asked for new ones and received them soon after. The wings were okay, definitely not anything special. The restaurant itself smelled similar to the bathroom at times which made us too nauseous to eat. All in all, do NOT recommend at all.
Terrible! Not clean, staff was rude, we were waiting at the counter for 6 minutes while two staff were in the kitchen with air plugs in and the other lady was finishing up her food she was eating and walked past the counter twice and looked at us before taking our orders. She could’ve greeted us… I think before hiring you need to practice customer service skills and communication skills!! The trash can outside was full to the top, and the drink station had trash all over it. The Diet Coke and the Ice was empty Overall I would rate this place a 1/10 maybe not even a 1 but i’m feeling a little nice today.
Waited over a half hour for our wings just for them to be absolutely disgusting. I found multiple hairs in our french fries and a giant puddle of grease in the bottom of our overcooked wings. We were refused a refund and they wouldn’t let me speak to a manager.

The cashier was also rude and unprofessional.
I ordered GARLIC Parmesan wings … the girl on the phone , said I was wrong and they made them correctly and to bring them in so they can show me under the pound of parmesan where the garlic is … the invisible garlic . They literally dumped a can of Parmesan on the wings an said their ya go lol if u do want just Parmesan wings then go here HORRRRRIBLE
I had a takeout order for lunch on Friday, nov 29th. When I entered, a team member immediately greeted me and had my food ready. The restaurant was clean and I enjoyed the music that was playing. My order was correct, hot, and delicious.
The 3 guys ignored me for over 8 mins.. then finally took my order with some mediocre service at best.. I also watched the same 3 guys ignored every other single customer that walked in and wanted to place an order.. apparently the only way to get your food here is online. I'm watching them ignore a couple that just walked in right now. Still waiting on the food but they definitely need some help in the back and with customer service.

Once my boyfriend and I walked in we wondered if this place was online only after waiting 20 minutes at the counter for someone to take our order. There was five employees, and speaking from a person who works in fast food you're not supposed to leave ppl at the counter AT ALL. They all were wearing earplugs I assume as a way to ignore customers, which they DID. We didn't get our food it took my boyfriend and I walking out before they even decided to attend the counter. Honestly ridiculous, but, what I can see from other reviews, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the food.
The first time I went I had very bad service and missing wings. I stood at the counter to pick up my wings and the lady at the register was having a conversation with her significant other about putting away laundry and dishes. I finally get helped and get home and I'm missing 4 of my 20 wing basket. I called and she put me on a list to get a basket. A week later I called in the order and could barely understand the person and placed my order. I showed up 15 minutes later and no one knows what I'm talking about. They took my order and I had to wait another 25 minutes which is very frustrating. Whoever owns this franchise needs to watch how the staff works and if the owner is one of the folks currently working there you should be embarrassed by the amount of negative reviews. I've been to others which were well ran and clean.
