Corporate really needs to come in to this particular Wingstop. My daughter's food was terrible. Fries were ok at best and the sauce on the chicken tasted oily like they mixed oil with the sauce to stretch it. And I didn't even get the spicy Korean q that I ordered and didn't tell me that they might have ran out of it. They always have their friends up there, making the place seem like a trap house than a restaurant. Never again will I go to this one and I see why they don't have many costumers.
I ordered on line and the food was TERRIBLE. The fries was NASTY AND COLD, the chicken was hard and the rub had dried up. I called several times and was hold both times for 30 minutes. I am so NOT pleased with the food I received. You can’t talk to a live person it’s robots that you do convert with that seems to only know how to transfer. Today is 12/12/2024. I went to the store in Gary on Grant St.
I have to rely on delivery because my car was totaled, and I don't have access to a kitchen. I placed my order, but I didn't receive the 2 cokes,I ordered or any of the ranch sauce. My fries were almost refrigerator cold and I've called twice. I was on hold the first time for at least 38:22sec, I'm currently sitting on hold, and it's been 14:57sec. My experience is generally decent. But not being able to resolve a problem because they won't answer a phone is unacceptable.
It was a bit crowded... however, I ordered online and it was ready at pickup time. It appeared to be only 2 people working... maybe someone called off or was on break.... regardless, my meal tasted great and it was fresh and correct! Will return again!
The food was not edible. At least a 1/2 cup of grease was awaiting me when I picked you the first wing. These are suppose to be mild and parm garlic
But tasted like fish
Food- ate the fries, " the chicken tastes like wood" ???? Greasy, threw it away!
Service- Thanks for the guy at the register. The food was a result of whoever else was supposedly working

First time ordering from this location and this will be my last time as well. My roommate and I ordered through Uber eats and they’re currently having a promotion where you get 10 additional free wings when you spend a certain amount. We got our order and our 15 wings were cold, the free wings were not in the bag, our drinks were absolutely disgusting and flat and our veggies looked so spoiled. I tried to call and someone answered and hung up immediately. I am very disappointed and I am not a satisfied customer.
My first time here, as soon as I walked in I loved it, friendly and helpful staff, fast service and fresh prepared food, Delicious, definitely I will comeback, thank you guys
