The wings are big and disfigured I asked for extra cook time they were still undercooked. I was so excited when I heard that we were getting a Wingstop, but it has turned out to be nothing more than a big disappointment. It won’t last long just like checkers. I’m tired of wasting my hard earned money on this bs!
I hate to write this, but my wife ordered Food last night and picked it up maybe at 750pm, she was up all night throwing up and other things which I will spare the general public but you know what I mean. She has food poisoning from it. I’ve never seen someone get this sick over food, I honestly will never let her come here again, she loved this place, but after seeing her this sick, I’ll never let her eat here again. I’m sure you folks are good people, and I’m sorry to write this but I feel I had to.
Where we're working a job site for the day and needed to get some food so we stopped by to get some Wingstop ordered it 3:19 didn't get our food till 3:45 when asked about when our food would be ready, the staff told us that we just rung up the ticket And then 2 minutes later our food was ready with all of the sauces and everything. And we previously noticed that our sandwiches were probably just sitting there One-Handed our food. We also got A major attitude about it and through other reviews it definitely seems like either the staff are miserable or just rude or not doing their job and very few people do their job I'm not one to leave a one-star review but it was pretty lame and I have friends that work culinary and if you have legit four customers in your store at one time, I feel like it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get two orders of fries and two sandwiches thank
We ordered two 6 boneless wings combos with ranch. One had bbq/mild, the other had lemon pepper.
When we got the order and went home, we realized we were missing the lemon pepper wings and both ranch dips.
Called and been on hold for 30 minutes and still nothing. Can't even place a complaint on the website as this location is not even on there.
Atmosphere and service is nice tho, just would be nice if staff were a little more attentive on what goes out (or what hasn't)
I want to start off by saying I have been really reluctant to come here because of the really bad reviews they have been getting. I am glad my husband asked me to give it a chance because wow. The staff are so friendly and really pleasant. I got exactly what I ordered. If you are in the area give them a chance don’t just go by reviews alone. Worth it ????!
I recommend ordering ahead of time...my food was hot and ready when I got there. Great service and my chicken sandwich was delicious. I appreciate offers that lead to savings.
Great food! It was hot and fresh. The staff was all friendly. I was greeted by more than one person. The store was clean and welcoming.
First time I walked in on this location and wing stop as a whole....If I could give it zero stars I would. Nothing is worse then walking in a restaurant to see if you can get a bite to eat after a hard day at work, just to watch wing stop employees rush to clean at 11:35pm joking around and shouting "It's to late to take orders!". This location closes at 12am btw. This location rather hook up young teenagers with a free drinkthann servicing paying customers. I guess I'm eating at McDonald's ????.
