I would not recommend this wingstop to anyone. Being I tried it a second time to see if maybe it was because I ordered my food online it was trash the food was cold. And today I ordered to 6 piece combos the boneless wings were hard and cold, my fries were cold and just look like they weren’t even fresh. I ordered some Cajun corn and didn’t even receive it. I am so disappointed I thought it would be better the second time I was wrong just throw the whole restaurant away PLEASE!
Service sucks here. All the wait times are always high and they always mess up my order. I requested to cancel an online order I had just placed 2 minutes prior and they said I couldn’t cancel or get a refund so I gad to call corporate who has still not given me my refund. This is ridiculous.

Its now been over 3 months since ive last o from this location and I thought I would give it one more try and was disappointed again. I ordered half lemon pepper and half hot honey pepper wings and my wings literally looked and tasted like plain chicken wings sitting in a box of grease. There was hardly any seasoning whatsoever. This is my last time coming to this location.
By far the worse food I have ever received from a restaurant. Took 2 hours to deliver my food and I stay 10 mins away from the place. The food was extremely cold, thrown together and it looks as if someone bit off of one of the wings. The worse experience I have ever had.
Absolutely terrible service. Walked in and the young lady at the front counter rudely stated it was a 45 minute wait, I told her that’s fine I don’t mind waiting, she then aggressively rolled her eyes. In the midst of people picking up orders and trying to place orders 4 of the workers walked out leaving only one in the kitchen. The 4 young ladies then came back in with food and drinks from QT and went right back to the kitchen without washing their hands.
This is the place you want to go if you want great food and it was hot and sooo yummy! The food was on point. The employees were so friendly and explained everything I needed to know. We should have more people that are friendly like the Wingstop in Easley employees. The manager is a very nice guy they accidentally forgot my ranch but he gave me the ranch and gave me a Cajun fried corn as well. I will absolutely be coming back to eat here. I am also putting an application in I would love to work with them they work together well and I would love to be in this friendly environment.
Definitely they make you lost your money… I made an order of 15 wings, and they give me just 10 and different flavor that I supposedly order… This places needs to pay more attention in their orders????
Manager was extremely nice and helpful but one of the employees was so rude with a rotten attitude. I ordered a side of lemon pepper seasoning but wanted the container to be full and even offered to pay whatever the price. She was so unprofessional. If you’re that miserable to be there quit, don’t treat people like that. By the way I am 38 years old and diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and I don’t treat people like that. People should be happy for everyday God wakes them up.
I went here for lunch today despite all the negative reviews recently. I am glad I did. Ordered the 10pc classic combo with fries and drink. Wings were spot on and great. Fries were great. Ladies at the store seemed very nice. No complaints here and will return again.
