Best WLM Reviews
Houston met us with a smile and amazing attitude. Such a sweet person and friendly. I'd come back just to talk to him! Wings were good, fries were a little undercooked for my personal taste. Overall, good experience.
I’ve been wanting to try Wing Stop for a while and the reviews were questionable. I decided to give it a shot this weekend and was 1000% satisfied. The employee that took our order was very patient as we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. Our food came out in literally 60 seconds and it was hot, fresh, and crispy. We got wings, seasoned fries, loaded fries, hot honey rub tenders and Louisiana rub tenders. Delicious !!! We need a location in Midtown asap. Highly recommend.
Tonight was our first experience with Wingstop. I did a mobile order for pickup. We ordered boneless garlic parmesan wings, BBQ boneless wings, chicken strips, French fries and corn. Everything was seasoned well and very tasty. The corn is my favorite. We will definitely be back.
I ordered from here for my son and had it delivered to our home. I ordered it at 2:02 with a 43-48 minute and it was delivered at 3:39. The food was COLD and there was hair in his fries. He called them himself to voice a complaint and was told 1) the cold food was not their fault but the drivers and 2) there was nothing they could do about the food and the hair in it. I know for a fact it was not his hair as he is a blonde and this hair was short and black. The lack of care and customer service at this store is unbelievable. We will NEVER be back to this location again.
the food was delicious and it was worth my money!
Was a good experience and great food just wish it was so small on the inside of the store it’s packed really easy and not much room to move around
Chicken sandwich was fresh, fries were soggy and burnt. Customer service was acceptable with proper greeting and attention to customer. Atmosphere was crowded and loud.
Sent my husband to purchase a 50 piece of the wings 30 lemon pepper & 20 mild tradition bone in wings got guess over for the football game 30 of the lemon pepper wings were totally unseason, even the ranch dressing was bland call in to let the manager know that we will need a remake remind you that I have guess who were eating the wings while complaining
The manager Abby told me to bring the dfood back and she will give me 30% off on the order remind you we just spent a $100 for the whole entire order why would we pay for wings that wasn't right in the 1st place told employee Abby that I was pissed off!
I need corporate number the owner grabbed the phone yelling don't ever talk to my employee like that nor order from here again!
I wasn't yelling at Abby!
Just was expressing how upset ???? i was..
If he would have had that same tendency to help Abby straightened out the problem it wouldn't have nevered went that far sad things is he's talking about never shop at wing stop again which is fine me nor many in my community want either
