I swear I try to give wingstop a try mybe like once every other quarter but they continue to disappoint me. I ordered from this location a few days ago. I had an order of lemon peppe wings and also Cajun wings(I'll post a Pic of the Cajun wings which was really just original). Before pulling out of the parking lot I checked my food and was NOT surprised to find out that my wings were not Cajun but original smh, so I went back into the store so they could add the Cajun seasoning. I'm better off making my own wings at home because wingstop is just not the place to go anymore. Eat at your own risk!!
Fries were rock hard and not fresh. 2 of my wings were actually hot, the rest were room temperature and barely had sauce. I suggest you drive the few extra miles to a different location for better quality
Everyone has their own experience. I always do takeout from this location. I’ve never had issues. I usually go midafternoon. The food was great. It was hot and well seasoned. The fries are our favorite and they did not disappoint today! So shout out to whoever was in charge of fries today! The staff is always friendly. They don’t act like they don’t wanna be there. Will always go back to this location.
They never fail to disappoint they always mess up my order. Tonight I ordered bone-in wings and they gave me boneless. They then said that they aren’t making another batch to make up for there mistake because they are closing
Horrible service , I arrive the time they told me the wings would be ready. Upon arrival they still were 15 min late. The fries were so stale. They had the audacity to tell me the lobby was close while I was eating my food ( it was 11pm , they close at 12). Since when does Wingstop close there lobby , and then makes a customer get up while there eating. Never again. Nasty restrooms , horrible service
Do NOT go to this location! These are the fries we got nothing but crunchy crumbs. Not the first time the food is disappointing. Most importantly When you walk in no one is there to greet you or help you out, but you know they’re there cus you can hear them being extremely loud. Employees are always in the back, grown adults acting like they’re in high school laughing and cussing. Last time I go here. It’s never a pleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble rufe snow location or any other is better.
I called in my family order at 7:30pm, and picked it up 20 mins later. The order was partially incorrect ( they had forgotten 10 of the 40 wings). I called and spoke to a nice young lady. She apologized and informed me that I could come pick up the other 10 wings... 2 seconds later the RUDE manager called saying that I had to bring the entire order back so he could make sure I wasn't lying, and wait for them to make the wings.
After me refusing that, and asking for my money back, he stated that he would remake the entire order so we wouldn't have cold food (which was my argument).
Returned to the location and the manager wouldn't talk to me. He grabbed the bag, saw the messed up, and threw IT ALL AWAY. They proceeded to remake the order..
In the meantime they decided to start BLARING music with cuss words in it. Another employee that was cooking was giving free food to his friends instead of helping paying customers, and same employee had hair past his butt with no hair net.
There was no "we're sorry", no nothing. Ended up feeding my family at nearly 9:15pm.
This was the first time I've been back to this particular location, due to too many kids working there and not getting my order correct... So I took a chance again and yet again was Disappointed!! I asked for my French fries to be cooked well done... Whyyyyy did they cook the damn French fries until there was Noooo meat in the potatoes... Meaning NO POTATO!! The ff were so OVERCOOKED it looked like they literally forgot about my ff in the deep fryer. The only reason I asked for them to be well done, is because they NEVER cook them until they are done, they're always under cooked... And then I received blue cheese dressing instead of RANCH unless the ranch was spoiled. Sweet the whole meal completely off. Needless to say, I will not go back to this location again, it was convenient because I was in the area. What a waste is money
