Best WLM Reviews
Now I've been coming to this Wingstop since it first opened years ago and for the last couple years I've noticed the service at this store has been declining. every time I order from this store my order is never right I wish I wish i was making it up. I don't know what it is employees can't read or listen when it comes to orders. Now I hate putting a negative review especially when it comes to food but I just can't help it anymore. I always ask for extra seasoning and well done fries but they never come with extra seasoning or well done. Easy instructions never fulfilled. Wings have barely any sauce on them. And ive been shorted wings couple times. again I've been coming to that location since it first opened when a 10-wing combo cost $8 now for $19 if I'm paying that much for wings why is it so hard to get my order right? End of rant. Fix this issue. Damn this rant got me sounding like a karen. Just simple instructions on how i like my wings prepared would be great. ????????
Julie was amazing. She is great with great and make you feel welcome. I ask for a few extra things and she was very happy to help me. Other places people gets bothered when guest ask for a lot of things. You need to promote her. Great service.
I just went to this wingstop on my way back home and it was a better experience than I've had at any other ones. I usually go to the one that's closer to my home. But after my experience with Julie at this wingstop, I will no longer go to any other one. She was the most friendliest, helpful with the choices, and professional. The whole staff was very nice and I really appreciate that. I will from now on go here, especially if Julie is working.
This wingstop is my go to spot for some chicken wingsa!. The customer service is good. The food is good. The bathrooms are clean as well and all around the establishment on the inside. I recommend you getting your chicken wings from this place when you're craving wings!
My experience is totally worst. This is my second time experience, my order costs $55. They takes almost 55min. to complete my order and the two of the worker one black guy and the other girl who wore glasses are too much rude and their aren't well. Please do something??
Busy at 4pm on a Monday. Fries and wings, HOT, crispy and well done.
Food is good, no doubt about that. But the food is never ready when it's supposed to be. They got multiple people waiting for their orders because fries aren't ready. This is well past 10 minutes our order was supposed to be ready to be picked up. 2 stars until I notice a change. <3
Got a 10 piece classic wings, the wings were covered in feathers and when I asked for a refund they said they would process it. It’s been almost three weeks and I’ve called back multiple times and each time they say they are going to process the refund and I never receive it. My food was covered in feathers and not appetizing at that point, I basically paid to get grossed out and that is not what I wanted. It was 21 dollars to get grossed out by the food from here.
