Employees always just standing laughing having fun ignoring customers at times I been there. was there today just got 3 orders of fries asked for large got regular when tried to get fixed was ignored. as I was sitting waiting for order seen a competitor food on table in dining room service and quality is why I won't be back
Looks like they fired the old crew and brought a whole new one in. Like a typical takeover . And they weren't nice or welcoming at all . I had to ask for more seasoning on my hot honey chicken and for my fries to be well done as requested . There was no Ice in the machine and it was dirty where you put your cup and on the touch screen. I won't be back.
I used to go here all the time but I got food poisoning the last time I went. I had the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper boneless wings. My 10 year old daughter and I was sick for 3 days!
Went to pick up place is slammed while workers are just moving so slowly, one guy was waiting 45 minutes! Finally got my food, the new summer bundle, all the food was cold. Wings hard as a rock, no sauce and literally didnt even get the correct amount of bonless wings. It's literally the lack of good employees because the location over in broken arrow is good just far ????
I do my order att 730pm and I go to pick my order and is no redy and is 930pm the employer that time only play and laying wen only two employer working . The store is dirty we drink in the floor and no body care . I ask for my refund for the money and no give to me back the I waityng for mos 2hr . And I lef . I can't waityng lik that
Waited 30 min for my order. Had to go up and asked when will it be ready and they somehow magically had it ready in 20 sec . Also the workers just stand around and joking like they have no customers.
I ordered food from this location and was missing some chicken tenders showed my receipt and they still didn't want to give me my right order worst place to order from. The employees are always standing around and always being slow again worst place to go to.
Customer service bad. employees have attitudes.orders take to long the manager and assistant manager need to put some employees doin normal orders and others doing door dash orders so as they don't get confused
