So this is my first time having a bad experience with an online order. The boneless wings were dry and tiny. My lemon pepper count was off also. I really don't appreciate that I got tiny boneless bites and not boneless chicken wings. Today's order was mediocre.
Forgot my fries but we're really pleasant when I told them and got me some right away. They also gave me large cups instead of medium to make up for it. Super nice. Also the food is always very good.
i order 4 pices of chicken and lemon paper and 2 other taste and is soooo salty!
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying some wings from Wingstop, and I was thoroughly impressed! The variety of flavors available from classic Buffalo to tangy BBQ ensured there was something for everyone. Each wing was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside.
Had an amazing night at Wingstop in Grapevine. Jonathan's exceptional service truly stood out. Highly recommend embracing this experience!
The food tasted fine. The customer service was not the best but even that was okay. The time was ridiculous. It took 45min to 1hr to make 12 wings. Unless they grew the chicken, slaughtered the chicken, and cooked it up, there is no way it should’ve taken that long. Very disappointed!!!
We come here often for lunch. Staff is always so nice. More efficient if you order to dine in ahead of time. The lemon pepper and honey hot are my favorite!
Had delivery from 2150 northwest hgwy #101 grapevine TX and service was terrible!!! Had the wrong order to begin with then no fries and wrong drinks then we called to let them know thinking they would do the right thing and make it right but the guy that answered was no help then he wanted to argue that what we ordered was correct and we were over charged.
Was very disappointed in the food and service as we had eaten there before but won't return unless I hear from someone with an apology for their behavior and quality of food. Till then I'll be eating wings from Buffalo wildwings.
