It continues to be so disappointing with the lack of customer service and care we receive here! We ordered pick up to go & when we arrived we were told it’s going to be another 15 min, but then we sat and waited for another 30 so min instead. Then we paid for 2 fountain drinks, but machine was out of ice & they didn’t have UNsweet tea, which was what we selected to have online. We also ordered honey not boneless wings and box was packaged on its side in the bag so all sauce leaked out in car ride leaving wings to be sauce less and gross. We also ordered and paid for a large ranch and only got 1 small one. Lastly, the place wasn’t clean and the staff wasn’t friendly.
I was the first of at least 6 people, all of which was a different race than myself! (Don’t matter but couldn’t help but notice) they served the six after me before me and I put my order in first. Simple 10 piece combo! I won’t be back where I’m not welcome! I should get an apology and a refund, tf
Our dining experience was completely ruined! Between the chemical/gas smell which gave me and my company a headache while we waited on our food for an extended period of time, flat fountain drinks, the extremely hot dining area, the undercooked chicken sandwich and almost raw french fries as well as low grade customer service - nothing to entice us to come back. I think the health or water department needs to take a visit to this location ASAP - Is it the grease trap that need to be cleaned or backflowing sewage?
Watched cashier no customers ignore phone calls rolling her eyes constantly. When I walked in she had a attitude as if I was coming in at the wrong time but they wasn't busy and it took 30 mins for order.. customer service was so bad I won't be returning please fire cashier she don't like her job because there was constant rolling eyes and attitude as I stood and watched... Sad because I love Wingstop but cashier was awful 10:43pm 09/09/2024 fries were cold and hard wings was hot and fresh ???? order combo 6 piece
This location is very busy and could use more staff. However, Eric was amazing at handling the front counter service. Even though we had a few hiccups with our order, he was able to swiftly correct things and went above and beyond to make sure all of the customers were well taken care of. The food was hot and delicious!
This was my first time trying this place, the customer service was amazing and the cashier was very helpful and friendly when it came to what flavors to choose. The store was clean
New Manager is Great- sever my family of eight no problems will be back.
I had a ton of issues with my food delivery (through DoorDash, not wingstop) but before I even got my order, the amazing manager Kaitlyn called me to tell me about how the dasher walked off with half of my order. She was not defensive and instead took more responsibility than was needed of her for a dasher taking an order that was not complete (which she told him it was not complete, and he still walked off after acknowledging by saying “well I’m taking this food to my car”). No other manager would have ever took that kind of initiative of any fast food, or quite frankly, even fine dining manager that I have ever seen would have taken that initiative.
She was incredibly communicative and compassionate in ways that I have never seen since moving to the area. She is a true gem and should be promoted beyond her peers.
The food that I did receive was beyond incredible of any wingstop location I have ever tried. It is very obvious that the Covington location is taking initiative.
My poor doordash experience could have turned my off completely from wingstop, but Kaitlyn (the manager at the time who answered every single question and made everything right no matter what) is the exact reason I will always return.
I never knew how the single impact of an employee could change my mind for the better of an establishment until her.
