We ordered from the Wingstop app and the delivery driver did not deliver the food after they picked it up.
We had an issue with re-ordering the food and receiving a refund yet we were able to work with Gabriel who was new in his role to get the issue resolved.
We haven’t received our order yet, so I may have to update this. However, we order here frequently because we have quality food every single time.
Dinner will be a little later than expected, and although it won’t be delivered, we are expecting it to be delicious.
First time ever at a wingstop they gave us a time of 15-20 minutes, that worked out about right the wings were a great size, they were moist and completely cooked. I have to say I didn’t expect them to take flight when I opened the box though. Out of a ten piece 7of them were sporting a few feathers and 1 was attempting to fly south for the winter. I would say some extra care needs to be taken before wing stop becomes wings away.
I ordered online for pick up. Asked for extra crispy wings and fries. Both were soggy. The wings weren't good at all very huge just fatty, slimy gunk. I couldn't eat them. The voodoo fries I ordered hardly had any sauces. Fries were all end peices. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
The people working were great and did their best during a busy period. I just remember seeing a manager lady who just sat in a chair in the back of the store that did nothing. At least get up and help to get these customers out. If it was me, I would feel the pressure like I'm being watched by a bunch of customers while my crew struggled to get orders out in a timely manner. I kind of felt bad for the crew while the lady manager sat in her chair in the back.
I needed an order quick for a customer lunch. I called in early and the guy said I’d have to place my order on line as they weren’t open yet. I explained why I was early and he then took my order over the phone and the wings were fantastic and on time. I wish I’d got his name I thought he did a great job and deserves recognition
I travel around the country for work and Wingstop is one of my favorites. But I have to say this is the second time I place an order at this location, in the evening first just after 9pm the second at 10 pm, both orders placed on line. When we got out food, the wings and fried corn were not tossed in the sauce and seasoning. Instead it was poured over barely covering any of the food. It was terrible. To say the least! The first time I mentioned it to the staff the gentleman apologized and I let it slide. But tonight it happened again. When I told them I wanted my money back. The gentleman helping me apologized and stated the already washed the bowls so the could get out early. I’m sorry that is not acceptable. The dirty dishes can be washed after your last customer. My daughter and granddaughter refused to go back after the first time. I believe in second chances, besides I’ve not had issues at other Wingstop’s. But I have to say this Cheyenne location store #10056 has lost my business. Disappointing to say the least!
My Food is on point . I placed my order through the app and my food was cooked exactly how I like it. My Order was ready when I arrived and the Customer Service was good. Thank you and Great job to the Staff
I placed an order via Doordash. The order cost $97 and was missing a 10 piece wing order and did not have any ranch. I called the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. When I finally spoke with someone, they refused to send the missing order. I would not recommend ordering anything through Doordash with them.
