I have been there every weekend lately and always requested the wing well to be cooked. I am clueless about what is happening. I consistently receive uncooked wings from them. Last night, I had no choice but to return the chicken and inform them that there was no need to give me another one.
Ambiance is zero, just a few tables, but what really ruins the experience is the blasting rap music. Food is good, but I tuned my order on the app and it was late. No excuse, the store was empty and staff were hanging around with nothing to do.
They really impressed me. They made my wings just how I ordered. You can see how crispy the wings are. They can take time getting orders out but as long as it comes out like this, it doesn’t bother me.
Terrible ranch. Tastes like straight buttermilk. I don’t know if they are conserving on ranch powder or what, but it’s been bad every time I went there. And They always forgot something. I don’t like this location and I will not be returning. I payed $10 for 2 large ranches and got $10 worth of buttermilk.
Never order delivery from this store, they will mess up your order and say you need to come in person since they won’t refund you. You end up paying the extra for delivery and still need to waste gas picking up what they messed up. Not to mention the drinks were completely watered down even this the ice didn’t melt yet, I ordered a lemonade and it tasted like water with half a lemon squeezed into it
Ordered online came to pick up 30 min after the order was placed and still had to wait about 20 more minutes. When I got home I realized they forgot my additional sauces I paid for. I called to tell them they forgot my sauces and the person on the phone has a terrible attitude and told me they can’t give refunds instead I can pick up the sauces. Wings were also undercooked. I will never go to this location again!
They had no ranch or blue cheese. I ordered a sprite & it tasted like soda water. The wings were dry barely any flavor. Terrible experience.
What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if when you arrive at the time you placed the order the food is not ready and they tell you they’ve been busy! if the order had been placed 15-30 minutes ahead of time I would understand but my order was placed 5 hours ahead of time! And now we’ve been waiting 20+ minutes ????????
