The plain wings i ordered were cooked to long and hard to bite. The fries were okay.
They werent crisped and supposedly know for their great fries. I usally find something positive to say for each place i go. But this i got nothing
I was told my food would take 20 min when I walked in. It was cool, I just wanted to try their chicken sandwich. I got my food 37 min later because I didn't hear them call out my name. That was all fine, the employee even gave me some free food. Now for the food. The bun was not soft and that was the extent of my bad experience. The chicken was still hot & tasty, as well as the fries. Who really gets fries wrong? I'd go back.
I will never ever eat here again. Probably won’t try a wingstop anywhere else because of this. I had the mango habanero classic wings on Thursday night and I had instant sickness. (Not because of the spice as I do spicy all the time). I was sick all weekend and ended up in the emergency room on Sunday night for 7 hours because I couldn’t eat without everything coming back up or my stomach cramping.
Not worth the hospital bill or the loss of a full work day. Food poisoning and I’m on 3 different prescriptions. Had to do a CT scan, give a specimen sample and receive strong anti nausea meds even after 3 days. My antibiotics will carry on for the next 10 days. Hopefully no one else ever experiences this because it was miserable.
Fries were old and overcooked. I called to complain and the cashier said they were like that because they were organic. We eat a lot of organic food everyday and I know you could cook them without burning them. She said she will replace them if I bring them tomorrow because it is late now. I already threw them in the trash. I told her so. She said she would only replace them if I bring them back. I told her they are already in the trash.
This location is terrible! There is never enough sauce on the wings, and the wings are dry! I have come here on two separate occasions and received bad food each time.
Absolutely sickening. I have never had wing stop before in life and decided to give it a chance. I ordered Parm wings and also Honey hot and the corn. All three were dry and flavorless and cold and vomit inducing. This sucks bc this has literally left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never iever from this establishment or another wing stop again in life. I worked In food service for decades, I took pride in my food. Whomever made this and whomever sent this out should be ashamed and embarrassed. Buyer beware!!!!
Terrible customer service! Cold a$$ fries and I arrived on time. Also this location is stingy with the sauce on the wings and the fries. For the price I feel like I'm not getting the quality of food I should be getting. Not worth $30. Won't be back to this location.
This place has top quality tasting chicken. I try not to do delivery and get the orders myself but when its available and sometimes free its very convenient. Im happy i can tip the drivers on the app. This order was better than ever. I tried their original hot and lemon pepper. If i could give this rating a 6 i would. In store is great the staff are really friendly,restaurant is very clean also. It's my favorite location so far.
