Terrible service! Ordered at 8:10 order was supposed to be ready by 8:44 didn’t receive the food until 9:50.
Get home with the food, was supposed to have 4 flavors. Only thing seasoned was the lemon pepper.
Call the store talked to the manager who said there was nothing he could do except remake the food but we had to drive all the way back there then wait for them to remake the food we had already waited 2 hours on.
Worst Wingstop by far.
Every time we get something here they remind me why we never do.
Especially when you can’t make your mistakes right.
FYI chicken is supposed to be Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey, Lemon Pepper, & Garlic Parmesan

I had an unfortunate experience with the manager, Cody. When I called to explain that my order was wrong, he was very hostile and dismissive. I approached the situation politely, suggesting that there might have been an honest mistake, but his attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic restaurant ethics.
Cody showed no consideration for my time or feelings, which is unacceptable in customer service. I hope the establishment addresses this issue and ensures better training for their management team in handling customer concerns respectfully
Ordering from the girl that works at the front counter felt like an inconvenience for her. She definitely made it obvious that she did not care to work there and disliked working there. She has no concern for the front area or the way she takes orders from customers. Shortly after just always on her phone constantly. Bad work ethics in my opinion.
The workers look like they don’t like nor enjoy their jobs. They move at a very slow pace. They talk a lot and don’t check up on the fine in customers. The last few times that I’ve dined in and ordered food, it’s taken well over 30-40 mins and that is a little absurd. I love this place and the food, but I believe the workers should be more efficient, smile a bit more, and check on the fine in customers to make sure they’re okay while waiting on their orders.
I used to love this place. I would come here at least once a week. Lately it's like they just don't care. One of the main issues is shorting items. I live over 10 miles away. I get home and always find something missing from the order. I never complain but this time I've had enough. Maybe a bad review will get them to pay attention to the customer orders. This is so aggravating!
Food was overcooked. Chicken was very dry and Fries were very salty
The food was DELICIOUS everything was very delicious. the service was alright, but the main focus is the food.
Ms. Dominique took our order and for the rest of the time we were there helped us out amazingly with everything and with a smile on her face. Amazing customer service by her and makes the environment feel friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend going dine in there.
