I doordash here atleast once a week, I came in today and the food is fresh as usual. I was greeted at the door by the employees, an overall great experience. Im shocked by the low scores, they do great work.
Did take out, confirmed that everything was in the bag and they said yes. Checked in the car and one of my sides were missing so I had to go back in. A few pieces of my chicken were raw in the middle. Just threw everything out because that’s so disgusting
Service was quick. Food was good but a bit over cooked. Vegetables were crisp and cold. Wings were well sauced and the sauce was very tasty. We didn't learn til later that we were in a dangerous part of town but due to collaboration on security, it was comfortable and an overall good experience.
First I want to say thank you to Rebecca, she was amazing and handled everything impeccably. I had an online order and came in to pick it up, when picking up my order she made sure to have me check to ensure all my items were in the bag. I’m glad I did because we had a few things missing which were resolved right away.I appreciated that so much. Definitely will be back ????????
Seriously the driest wings on the planet. The only time you won't get dried out wings, you have to call and specifically request it. This can be highly annoying given the fact that it's their signature dish. How does 'Wing'stop screw up wings? We also ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and just mediocre at best. I'm gonna attach pics of these dry a$$ wings but everything else was finished by my kids. At least the fries are decent and their boneless wings were okay.
I should learn my lesson by now for ordering from this particular store. I order here because it's nearest to my house. Every time I order here, they always get my order wrong. I always ask for extra seasoning on my fries but it's usually mediocre at best. Plus I always get drummets with one or no flat. The wings seasoning is barely there as well. I used to love wingstop but this store is making me look elsewhere for wings. Do better.
I don’t know how hard it is to make sure everything is in the bag when customers order their food. This location is notorious for not giving us our ranch and the incorrect items. Nobody wants to drive all the way back to the location to get what should have been in the bag in the first place.
ordered seasoned fries but they came back plain, ordered mango habanero but when received our food the worker said they didn’t have any . Workers are nice and polite.
