So definitely an avid fan of Wingstop. Unfortunately this location has given me many Order issues. I’ve had multiple times were they did not put my sauce on the side and dressed all my wings. One of my orders, 10 of the wings were completely overcooked and burnt where the other two were perfect. I’ve also had a time where they did not give us any sauces or condiments for any of the wings fries or tenders. Unfortunately I had a stop using this location because it’s very Upsetting when I order food and it’s messed up. Along then I can’t leave work to go and get it fixed. Usually order this place on my lunch. The staff needs to understand the hospitality field better. This way when issues happen they’re not rude to the customer. This is a big no-no in my book. Hopefully management reads this and takes an evaluation of what’s going on at this location. I wish you the best of luck if you do try this location, but there are many Wingstop and neighboring cities.
Don't go here unless you can afford to give your money away. They mess up your order and lie about giving your money back. I've been told several times I'm going to receive a refund and still nothing. They will straight up rob you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Customer service is nonexistent. Trash 0/10

Holy shit... is it just that you guys gave up on customer service?!?! I came in for a meal, they forgot my sauce, and then decided to FIGHT WITH ME IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME,... Holy shit... customer service is dead to this company now. Next time I go to a wingstop I'll make sure to bring a boxing ring and a ref... because that's the only way you getting your order
Chicken wings are horrible! Tiny, over fried and dry, and barely any meat. Thankfully it was empty so my food actually came out on time this time. But the last few times I’ve bought here the food has been pretty bad! Not going back.
I ordered at 2:30pm maybe it's the golden hour cuz my food was ???????? first time trying lemon pepper flavor and was good. Fries were fresh and were actual fries not
