Just got my to go order and my bread is moldy. My fault for not checking at the restaurant but… really? Cashier was sweet tho
We ordered our food online and were given a time frame of our order. When we arrived at Wingstop in Alvin, our food was not ready. We waited another 30 minutes, and our food was still not ready. When I asked the cashier, she replied with an attitude that they were waiting on the fries. We waited over an hour for our order, and we decided to get our money back because of poor service that they have not been able to fix. This is not the first time, second time, or third time that this happened, but it will be the last.
Bought several items. The wings flavor was mild, needed salt to bring out the flavor. Fries a bit soggy. When I got to my car my order was incomplete. Had to go back in to get the items missing. OK place.
This is an updated review from an order placed last week. We ordered around 10:45pm and picked up @11:30pm. We had a large order, and absolutely nothing was done correctly. By the time we opened the bags at home, it was like 11:45, and the phone was off in the store. Nothing we could do, and it was such a disappointing experience. I went in the next day to get some answers. The manager on duty was Makayla, and she was amazing! She listened to our issues, and she made it right. I was blown away. She made a crummy experience so much better.
My order looked like it didn't have any sauce on it, bone dry. Biting into it was tasteless. $16 for this joke. My fries were put into the fryer after the rest was already made so I got hot fries, and cold tasteless wings. My first and last time there.
Ordered from here twice tonight and got the same lame food again. How on earth has it been over a year and for some reason this *wing*stop keeps sending out wings with no sauce on them. The first time, I was immensely disappointed, but the second time…fool me once shame on me. fool me twice, I won’t get fooled again.
Wingstop, your fryer grease may be the same color, but it isn’t buffalo sauce.
We used to love Wingstop. The Alvin location was are go to. However visit after visit, there’s always something wrong with our order.
The Doordarsh people that they use are always rude. They don't knock or ring the bell. They just stand there and then call acting like we are just supposed know that they are standing there. The original mild wings I ordered had no sauce what so ever. This place has disappointed everytime, I'll just drive to Manvel to get my wings from now on
