This is this organizations idea of Cajun seasoned corn and lemon pepper wings with EXTRA lemon pepper. When we called you complain and get a refund, we were told when would have to drive back with the food as proof to get a refund. After driving 30 mins to get home, NO THANK YOU! I have completely loss confidence in competence and will no longer do business at this facility. I recommend anyone thinking of eating here to reconsider if you value quality service.
Went here regularly but lately, this past year, this location has really lost its touch with producing a quality product. Either the employees don’t care or management doesn’t care or both.

We have gone back a couple times since I first posted and the wings were better. Much happier now.
My son wanted to place a to-go order by himself. The Wing Stop counter person asked my son if he wanted fries, sauce for the wings or two drinks. My son said he didn’t want any of that, and the counter person told him he should order a combo anyway as it would be a “good deal”. The cost to get fries, drinks and sauce at Wing Stop is $15, which is nearly double the cost of the wings themselves. It’s debatable if the combo up charge is a good deal, but it’s definitely not cool if you don’t want any of what a combo includes and Wing Stop tries to sell it to a kid anyway.
Love this location, the food is absolutely delicious! If you love anything and everything chicken this spot is definitely for you. My family always eats the boneless chicken wings and chicken sandwiches! If your undecided about which flavor to go with you can't go wrong with the lemon pepper or the original hot! My kids bday was today and all he wanted was Wingstop and that says a lot coming from a 17 year old boy! The food is the main component but the customer service here is the best. The employees always seem to be having a fun time which translates into great customer service. Saying hi with a smile is something small but it means a lot to me and my family! Way to go Wingstop Poulsbo location, keep up the great work! Look forward to the next visit, which will probably be in a day or so!
Took 35 minutes to get my chicken sandwich combo which I can be cool with since everything is “fresh” except it wasn’t. Fries weren’t cooked all the way and there was sauce soup in the bottom of my container. I’ve been to a bunch of Wingstops all over Washington and out of state. By far the WORST location.
The worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. When you go to a restaurant you expect that they have silverware so you can eat your meal. Wingstop did not inform us they did not have any until after we had placed an order for more than 50$ and that food had been given to us for dine in. Had I known I'd have ordered bone in wings.
ordered online and placed an order for 2 hot honey flavors in my boneless meal deal and they gave me one hot honey and one ATOMIC flavor. and they didnt give me my two drinks i placed an order for and made me pay 7 extra dollars after the person taking my order combined it with my online order. smh ????????????
That was my first time going there with my son. Wasn’t told that the wait will be past 30 minutes. When I asked the owner or manager how much longer should we wait because we haven’t get our food yet and that people that came after us got theirs already…he responded that he told me that the wait would be 25 to 30 minutes when he didn’t. When I tried to explain to him that he didn’t and that next time it would be better to mention it before I ordered…He told me that I was yelling at him at that I need to walk out of the building! I was so confused and shocked how he turned that situation on me instead of apologizing to me as a client. I have never yelled at anyone in a public place before and I certainly didn’t needed to yell to explain how disappointed I was…. I will never go there for sure. This is unacceptable! Very bad customer service.
