The food is good but orders take forever 80% of the time. Their beverage machine was working this time but ice was broken. If you order through DoorDash expect a long wait. They have a hard time keeping up with orders between walk-ins, online, and delivery services. Especially on weekends.
Corporate needs to step up and do something about this location! The wait times are extremely long and its NOT due to short staffing! The workers just do not care because they know nothing will be done! Customer service is POOR! No other location that I’ve been to is this bad. You will only get this type of service in a majority minority community.
It’s sad. Just be prepared to wait over an hour, sometimes two! I placed my order at 7:04. It’s 8:19. I’m still waiting…I paid already unfortunately or I would have left a while ago!
We need to stop keeping places like this in business.

It's really bad service. They are trying to rob my money with the order. Never received my order delivered try to call the store and they don'thave the phone connected, they gave my order to someone else. Wait for my order for 3 hours. After waiting for 3 hours for my order they gave me the wrong order. My order was bone-in, not boneless wings.
I've had a couple of experiences at this location, and unfortunately, both times my order hasn't been correct. I appreciate the staff's effort and hope to see improvements in getting orders right in the future.
while picking up my online order. There was a big fat juicy cockroach. And ion play with bugs.. if its right here to where i can see it just image whats in that kitchen and no one had on gloves… 0/5 stars. Never again.!
When ordering, the rep was very unprofessional. I asked for extra parmesan cheese for my Garlic and Parmesan chicken. I also asked for my fries to be well done. Rhw rep did not follow ANY instructions. The food was hot but flavorless.
To be honest I have been teetering on writing a review for this location for a long time. Just spend the extra time and go to the Rock Road location. This location is constantly behind on orders has a staff with a shitty disposition for customer service and the last interaction I had with their manager she refused to give me a refund. Had to go through a 2 week process with corporate to actually get my money back.
I went here 2 day before someone is sugest me but when i reached at the Restaurant. I ordered food overhere she said that wait only 10-15 minutes but she gave me food after 2 hours. Its first time in my life too much bad experience. She is not doing anything. She did not have any order. She just go inside and outside.
