10/23/2024 ordered boneless wings and when I got home they were all with bones and the fries were too hard ???? 10/24/2024
Well waited for about 30 minutes for my food and most of the fries were rock hard. What’s going on with the person in charge of the fries? It’s like the quality of the food is going down all of a sudden. I think they should double check or triple check orders as well because this wasn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong.
I ordered a regular 10 piece wings (all flats) and corn. It legit had 5 dashers cancel on me and then the last dasher (who was really sweet) said a previous dasher picked up my order. Which was NEVER delivered to me. I’m pissed and yes I submitted a refund. I’ve ordered from this location before and it was always an easy going experience. But now, I will never order again unless I’m in the mood.
Holy crap! It took 18 minutes for the staff that barely cared to get me 6 wings one flavor and fries. Place was a mess, no beverages because the machine wasn’t working. The floor is a mess, condiments had gooey texture all over it and now it’s been 22 minutes at 17.00!!!!! If the management team reads this, a refund plus plus is suggested. I’ve been in this line of work for 35 years. I couldn’t expect a salary if I was the Gm.
Ordered well in advance, but the order wasn't started until after I arrived. Wings not separated by flavor, and only had a small corner dipped in the sauce, making these incredibly expensive wings bland and flavorless. Should have just gotten some awful nuggets from mcdonalds and saved both time and money
This is the second time we have come here to eat and we have had issues. We were overcharged for items and when I inquired about it, I was told I was wrong. We waited 30 minutes on our food here which was crazy for a fast food restaurant. Their tea machine was out as well as the majority of the fountain drinks. We will not return. Service at the Newport News location is much better.
I was order 248. I ordered at 612pm and did not have my order in hand until 650pm, over 35 min wait. No one in the establishment apologized about any delays for people's orders or even offered anything such as some complimentary fries on them due to the long wait as that just customer service 101 but apparently this location does not understand that.
I asked for an extra ranch dressing for the delay and was given a blue cheese, was that out if spite, I sure hope not. Will never order from here again.
I came in at 1110 am. It's now 1200 and I still don't have my food. The manager said that people who online order get their food first. But I'm a walk in. They have no ice and several soda flavors are out. The floor in the dining area is sticky and black but are supposed to be brown. The men's bathroom was a mess. Again this is at opening so how are towels all ove the floor, soap residue on the floor, and the toilet is dirty. The drink machine had a sour smell to it like it hadn't been cleaned
shoutout to whoever packed my order at like 3:30 pm on Dec 19th 2023. i ordered a large ranch & was blessed with this. you are amazing. you deserve a raise. seriously. every time i order a large ranch i just get a bunch (like 6) of the tiny containers of ranch. this is beautiful. exactly what i wanted, especially for like $4.50 for a large ranch. absolutely magnificent. my food was great too. y'all are fantastic. (i used quite a bit before this photo was taken too. it is VERY full.
