Yall seriously need to have a separate shelf for the pre paid orders that’s accessible to the customers.. or at least a separate line for online orders only. every time I come in here after ordering online I have to stand behind someone ordering for their entire family and wait, WHILE I’m looking right at my food with my name on it getting cold right across the counter, just for an employee to grab it and hand it to me after waiting like 5+ mins for someone’s order to be taken. Got fed up a few times and just stepped behind the counter, grabbed my food and left without a drink that I PAID FOR because I got sick of waiting, and yall have to hand us the cups too… lol. Not cool Y’all really gotta fix this annoying issue.
6:30PM on a Friday night…super super busy! Ordered online and my order was ready for pick up when I walked in. About 30-45 minute wait time! They had all hands on deck working! Customer service was great and cashiers were working diligently.
Cajun fried corn is da bomb! Should've ordered more! Chicken sandwich was good but could've used more rub. Cowboy hot lemon was good. Service was quick and friendly, on a busy Friday night.
Best wingstop I ever been to. I’m willing to make the 30 minute+ drive from my house to come back to this specific location. Katherine got my order quick, and she has the best customer service. These are the best wings I’ve ever had from wingstop, the crispiness, freshness, and amount of lemon pepper was so perfect! I wish I knew the cook’s name, my wings and fries were perfectly well-done!
Um yes please!!! Love me some wing stop. I always order the Louisiana dry rub- a little spicy but soooooo good. The fries? Amazing! The ranch? Heck yeah! What’s not to love?
The chicken nuggets were cold and not cooked all the way done. They had trouble finding my order. I think next time we will Stick with Kentucky fried chicken
Got the $15.99 bundle. Great tasting all around. Got the hawaiian, a hot dry rub one, mango habanero, and cajun. I liked that mango habanero wasn’t unbearably hot like this other wing place. Wings came out quickly and tasted great. Cajun wings tasted hot and sour—probably will skip that next time.
Came in on national wing day and it was very busy . The staff was trying there hardest to accommodate every guest and every order. The General Manager Anthony was saucing and tossing and the cashier Reis was swarmed with guest but they handled it like true champions
