Best WLM Reviews

My first and last time at Wingstop!! Dined in. Waited for over twenty five minutes for our food. Only to find out it had been placed on the To-go rack. Never received half of our order and when we approached the counter, was told by multiple workers “they were working on it” we finally just got up and left without the rest. would not recommend
Ordered via the app. Food arrived and was no longer warm, plain wings had more oil in the bottom than the sauced wings had sauce. The security sticker seal wasn't sealed. Missing half my order. No way to report order issues in the app called the store got an AI that was useless. First person that actually answered was also useless. Didn't say anything and after a couple minutes of silence the manager picked up. Wasn't able to refund it without GM, had to drive down myself to go get the missing items. Talk to the GM at the location. Basically accused me of lying and ripping them off. Treated me like garbage and had to have my wife to send a picture of the incorrect order item before he'd give me my missing items Nothing was offered in compensation. Will never return and never recommend Wingstop again.
I went in around 3 pm today for a takeout and the girl wearing pink jacket was awful. I smiled at her, she gave me a butt face. She didn't say anything so I went ahead and kindly started placing my order. She literally interrupts me mid sentence and says, "Can I have a name for the order?" Extremely rude! That put me in a bad mood already and I almost walked away if it wasn't for me being very hungry at that point. Staff needs training and a better working environment because both workers looked like they hated it there. She needs to be reminded that customers have nothing to do with their personal problems so don't take it all on them.
On a positive note, the food came out quick and was good.
2 years ago I stopped coming to this location because no matter how far in advance I placed my order, I would still end up with a 30-minute or longer wait. I tried it again a couple months ago and had a much better experience. However, they have now returned to chaos. I placed an online order at about 430pm. I live about 20 minutes away so I thought that should be enough time. I made another stop and got there around 5 pm. There were two young ladies at the counter. I told them I was there for pick up of an online order and provided my name. They said it wasn't ready. That was cool because they seemed busy and it was the weekend. So we sat and waited. I noticed that they were calling up others for their orders that arrived in person to place an order after we got there. I nicely asked if our order was ready about 2xs. Until I finally asked the girls to just ask the folks preparing the food if they even had a ticket for my order. They did not. I showed them my online order from my phone including the location. Somehow the food was ready right away. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get an order of wings that was placed online. One of the gentlemen in the back who was cooking came to the front to help me. He apologized over and over and made sure my order was correct. I'm not sure if he was a manager but I was grateful. The two young ladies in the front were dismissive and didn't seem to know anything about customer service. They were kind but didn't know how to deal with an issue. The food usually tastes great which is why I keep giving them a try. The service leaves so much room for growth. This is the third recent incident so I won't be returning for a while. The other two were both situations where I was given the wrong orders.
Even though the wait can be longer than I would like from fast food, the wings are fresh and made to order and yummy. But also, I noticed the service has improved, I want to give a shoutout to the cashier who helped me, super engaging and friendly, her name is Hana I believe. Keep up the great work! Will be returning for the friendly smiles and warm welcome!
Been wanting to try Wingstop for a while after all the rave on social media and as a first time customer I’m glad to say I’ll definitely be back! This establishment in specific was wonderful, the wait wasn’t long and Angelika at the front was an amazing employee to be met with. She was diligent and patient, and even helped me choose what to order respectfully since I was new to the menu. Great service and even better food, thanks Angelika!
Really good food. The only 3 problems I had was 1.) the girl at the counter she was way too busy talking to her friends who wouldn't go sit down and insisted on standing in front of the counter and talk and take selfies with her and all the while a long line started to form. 2.) Why do they put your french fries in a basket instead of a box when you're getting a to go order. Your fries end up at the bottom of the bag. 3.) No hair nets in the kitchen. My wife pulled a long piece of hair weave out of her food.
I ordered takeout or I would have sent my food back. The wings had an odd odor to them and I realized it was OLD OIL they must have been cooked in. (I spent 10+ years in restaurants and I recognized that odor from when it was time to clean the kitchen). The wings almost immediately upset my stomach and I couldn’t finish them. Ordered 15 wings and a side of corn on the cobb and it ran $35. Way overpriced and I threw half away. When I walked in they had an empty dining room, minimal customers, and 6-8 people just standing in the kitchen. Maybe they should be cleaning! I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be back.
