This was my first experience with Wingstop. Ordered an 8 piece combo, you can split the flavors and I chose Hickory Smoked BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. What I got was over cooked wings, the meat was so tough it wasn’t chewable. 4 of them was spicy sauce, not hickory bbq and the other four was just over fried with no garlic Parmesan. The fries were over cooked in old oil. The drink was the best part, they do have a coke choice machine. Will definitely not go back to Wingstop.
The wings were severely dry and old tasting. The fries had barely any seasons. Customer service is flat out atrocious. They wait on you after they are done chatting and talking on their phones. I have given this place multiple chances and each time it gets worse. Don't bother even calling in your order because it's either lost, they don't answer or are extremely rude and hang up.
I accidentally made an order at this location and they wouldn’t cancel it 10 minutes after I made the order. I deliver blood to hospitals and have a strict schedule to attend to and your employees are less than helpful. Absolutely rude to the core to put it in blunt terms. Not sure why all wing stops have these nasty people with attitude playing strip club music as loud as possible. If you wanted to look like a gross steroetype then you nailed it.
The guy doing the orders tonight is doing it all and gave really good service! i didn't get his name but fr give him a raise or a chair because it's packed! no hate tho food is bomb and he's doing the best 100%!!!!!!!
Wings are always great here. The service was not so great. My Son and I went here on Monday and ordered food to go. The young lady at the register could have cared less if we were there or not. We placed our order and then understood why. She was very busy on her phone behind the counter. I guess this is the standard anymore. My son and I were the only 2 guest in the restaurant. Very dismissal atmosphere, dirty floors and dirty tables. The lighting was so low inside we honestly didnt think they were open from outside. Management needs to do a better job.
Picked up to go. They left out my large fries. I was taking it to my parents, so I only ended up with a partial meal. Had to call multiple times before I reached them. They wouldn't credit it back. They just said they would just credit it to my phone number for next time. Not too happy about that!
Found a hair in my fries. The girl with long black hair didnt even have it in a ponyail. Literally dont even know if she had lice. The girl at the register was welcoming but as soon as i started ordering she got an attitude and cut me off from talking.
Most stupidest kids working. I stood in the lobby for 5 mins and they looked at me several time as I kept trying to show my phone for a dash I was on, and they went ahead and kept ignoring me. Worst people working! I asked a older lady cleaning the bathroom and she seem to be done with her coworkers! She ended up helping me because everyone else was to busy laughing and talking! Never coming here again at night! If i could give it a 0/5 I would!
