Drinks tasted like water. The soda machine started to spill water everywhere some people didn’t even get their drinks. Food was okay. The cashier was nice tried fixing everything other employees were nonchalant
Terrible! Bought two 6 piece wings, and it took over an hour. Employees were beyond unhelpful and stood on their phone. The place was trashed. Smelled absolutely terrible. Not a single person cared about what they were doing. Beyond trashy.
Wing stops current management needs to be looked at. I placed an order on door dash and my dasher was made to wait over an hour. I called and the cashier proceeds to say “your order hasn’t came in your just gonna have to wait like everyone else”
I asked to speak to the manager and she finds my order had been ready. Employee just chose not to look at the current orders ready. She hung the phone up on me 2 times and tried leaving me on hold forever, cause I guess it counts as if they answered the call.
Each time I’ve ordered from here customer service is rude. I understand if you’re busy but being kind can go a long way.
My dasher called me and said she saw her hang up the phone various times and just put people on hold. Foods usually great but the service ruins the experience.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Workers were on their right next to the no phone sign. Food took over an hour to get. I would rather eat out of a trash can than eat this place again. Will never come back! Everything looked disgusting and it smell awful.
Went here today for a quick meal and I was there over 2+ hours waiting on my food. The cashier put the wrong name on my order so that's where the confusion started but after that it only got worse. I placed my order at 11:49 am and didn't get my food until 1pm ish and it wasn't fresh because it was under the wrong name so it was just sitting the entire time getting cold. I asked for a refund because at this point I was starving, now had a headache because of how long I'm waiting and I'm just ready to go. The manager says wait about 30 mins and I'll refund your money and said he would remake my food. Long story short, I wait an additional 30-40 mins so I ask is my order done and he says your money will be back on your card and apparently changed his mind about my food. He got upset and told me my money would be back soon and that he wasn't going to tell me again and told me to leave because I was upset about waiting at a Wingstop for over 2+ hours on food I never got. He cursed me out so I cursed him back out and he said he was calling the police so I left. All in all from service to food to quality you all get a 0/0 because everything was terrible.
Order was ready in a timely manner, however one of our items was missing. Went back to the restaurant to let them know, after calling 4 times and being hung up on twice. One of the employees questioned me about where my order was, receipt was, and why I waited 30 minutes to come back( I live 10 minutes away). Was told I would be getting fresh wings to replace the ones I didn't get..... 25 minute wait so far. Others have been waiting 30+ minutes for their orders as well..
This makes the second wing place my wife and I have been too and it's just as bad. First off don't put melted butter and shaker cheese on wings and call it garlic Parmesan! It's just nasty. If you want good wings go across the street and get buffalo wild wings it's a thousand times better and it's real garlic Parmesan sauce. We will never be back. Wing experts my ass!
There is easily 10 people waiting on orders. I placed my 45 mins ago. The workers a rude and do not care. One just said I have all day I get paid by the hour. I get y’all are busy but seriously this place sucks. If you want food go ahead and order a couple days in advance
