I recently visited Wingstop, and I have to say, it was a great experience overall. The wings at Wingstop are absolutely delicious. I tried a variety of flavors. The wings were perfectly cooked crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were attentive and made sure our order was correct. They also gave good recommendations on which flavors to try. Our food arrived hot and fresh, which is always a plus.
Disappointed with the service. Staff were inattentive, focused on their phones, and made me repeat my order multiple times. The wait for food was unreasonably long with no acknowledgment of the delay. Needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer care.
I didn't like the wings at all. The boneless ones were small and way too doughy. The classic ones were simply not tasty. Both were so salty.
The boneless wings are not tasty, they are fried in way too much batter and are extremely salty. I thought their list of sauce options was too limited. Cheese fries were yummy, but I think I’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings next time instead.

I spent 22 dollars on 10 wings 5 corns . I asked for it well done . I went home and begin to eat it . Immediately I open my food and I see these enormous , ENORMOUS wings . Mind you I got all flats . The inside was totally disgusting ovbviously under cooked . I’m just getting off work . Super tired and hungry . The meat was so chewy like biting a soggy chicken . I’m writing this in the a.m because I’m currently stuck on the freaking toilet , stomach hurting , nausea with diahera . Soon as they open I will be calling this is ridiculous. That’s why it’s important to have ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE WORKING IN A ENGLISH AREA IS IMPORTANT . Not one person in there spoke English . What is happening in the GOLD COAST . You shouldn’t have a shift with all none English speaking crew. Ridiculous.
I was verbally assaulted a couple weeks ago by an employee by the name of Jamal . I live in the surrounding area . He got extremely upset because I asked for a different type of wing because I had made a mistake with my order. He immediately became hostile over this question and said I would have to get a new order . I said it was just 1/2 the order that was wrong . He fixed it begrudgingly saying it’s people like me that think I owe him something. Once I started to actually get upset with how he was treatinge as a customer he snatched my order out of my hands and said I don’t f-word get anything then . I alerted the manager showed him the video . He apologized. I am posting this because I don’t feel safe knowing Jamal still works here . It just shows Wingstop doesn’t care about the community
Lame. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a dry rub and it came completely plain (no flavor) with 2 sad pickle slices. The wings were very under-sauced but fine overall.
