This is the worst Wingstop ever!!
Please don't waste your money at this location!
I placed an online order , went to pick it up and came straight back home.
I was about to start eating with my kiddos when I noticed the wings were extremely cold ❄
I called the store to let them know and Erik the General manager told me that there was nothing they can do about it.
Shame on them!!
Definitely this location needs some costumer service skills asap!!
I was a regular customer here but I won't come back to this location EVER AGAIN!!!
I know WING STOP has better values and they do care about their costumers but definitely this William cannon location don't care about that!
I always come to this location. They are the best in South Austin. This evening, my daughter and I came to have a chill dinner. They were busy. But it was ok. I have to say, that there was this young girl (didn’t catch her name) in the front that was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I’m a manager of a different kind of business that deals with ppl. I watched her and she didnt stand around. She kept busy. I listened to her talk to other customers, discovered she was bilingual. I’m very impressed with her.
She was very nice and professional. Again , very impressed! Amazing job young lady !
Oh and usuall, the food was THU BOMB!!!
Love coming to eat here because the workers. They take orders and help move the line fast. There is pre order, and pick up. The environment is good, it’s not too loud or quiet. The one inconvenience would be that the ice machine doesn’t work but the workers refill them often.
Worst service ever! The workers were too busy filling to go orders and not attending to the in house customer's orders. Every table waiting including me had to go ask about our orders. Only after asking did our food come out. I waited 25 minutes for my order. The food was good but the tables weren't cleaned up. I saw one of the employees getting wings out of the frig and then dropping the wings into the fryer without washing her hands.
Won't be going there again.
First time trying wingstop. Not the best first impressions.
The sauces I chose were below average. You can blind pick a random sauce at a grocery store and toss the chicken in it, and I guarantee it would still taste better. Perhaps it was the sauces I chose - original hot and cajun - but I’m pretty sure I’m not overreacting.
The chicken breading was not crispy at all - it was soggy, and with the sauces, it wasn’t pleasant.

Only best part: Cajun on classic wings.

Wing Stop is my favorite go to wing place as far as a go to spot on the regular!
Good variety, and if you get the flavor you like it always goes good with the wings (Garlic Parmesan, and BBQ are usually my favorite!)
Sometimes when I try new flavors like some of the dry rubs I just don’t like em and it ruins the wings .
Corn is pretty good too, and I miss the baked beans they used to carry !!
French Fries, and the ranch is off the charts delicious
If trying to be healthy the veggie sticks are good too! Especially with the ranch.
This month is the 25th anniversary so more variety than usually, and on July 29th, 2019 you can get 5 wings free when you order online on National Wing Day!!
Only complaint is all the calories.
We catered over $1,000 worth of food for our company luncheon and the food showed up 45 minutes late. They kept pushing the time back through text. Super unprofessional and highly do not recommend.
