I had bone-in buffalo wings also garlic parmesan bone-in wings very good. Remember to order ahead of time as it takes about 20 minutes for them to cook your chicken fresh
I wanted to share my recent experience with my order, as it has left me quite upset and frustrated. On 11/25/2024, I placed an order for a 10-piece corn at 12:09 PM, which was estimated to be ready in 16-21 minutes. This was no problem for me, as the location is on the way to my next appointment.
I arrived at 12:30 PM, the time the order was supposed to be ready, but when I checked in, I was informed that the order was not prepared. The lady at the counter told me she would start making it at that moment. While this was a bit inconvenient, I remained patient, expecting my order to be ready shortly.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee was on her personal phone while I was waiting. It felt unprofessional and added to my frustration. At 12:56 PM, nearly 30 minutes after the initial pickup time, my order still wasn’t ready, and I was running late for my appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, combined with the employee’s lack of attention, was extremely disappointing.
I have always had great service at this Wingstop location, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving your service and preventing similar issues in the future.
I placed an online order, but one item was missing. The store was extremely slow, with only two patrons inside, so I'm not sure how this could have happened.
When I called for assistance, the manager put me on hold, then transferred me to another employee. The employee informed me that the manager said she made the item and could offer a remake, but not a refund. Thus was an online order and I already left the location.
When I picked up my order, I felt rushed out, and my order wasn’t checked in front of me as is usually the case. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I was there yesterday afternoon and the young girl who assisted me was great! She has great customer service, her name is Joss. You can tell she loves her job! The food was great too! I would be back soon! 100 percent recommended!
Super delicious wings and fries! The customer service was excellent. Yoss was super sweet and friendly. Diana was very helpful and made sure my order was accurate. I will for sure be back!

Super great the food was really good and the staff was so professional I loved my wings they were cooked to order and the fries were crispy and hot. shout out to ruby she was so kind to me and i will definitely return
I liked the food it was pretty enjoyable but the wait time is pretty long I say 15 min not like the other wingstops in the area that take pretty long with complications depending on what you ordered but very worth it,
The service was excellent I was attended by a worker named Jocelyn, she was very friendly nice and got the job done as quick as possible with no delays or mistakes.
The atmosphere was okay but you already know how it is with this 100 degree weather.
Total stars I would give is 5 only because of the weather.
