Came here just an hour after they opened. I ordered the lemon pepper wings which were Good but not great. I also ordered the hot honey rub bites which was thickly breaded and tasted ok. We watch them pull many of trays of fries out the oven made fresh but they gave us burnt fries for what reason I don’t know. The employees were nice though but could’ve gave us some of the fresh fries we seen them taking out. Those burnt fries kill the taste for me.
Didn't give me an entire meal and when I called they hung up on my twice and refused to put the manager on the line. Ordered food online. We are 25 minutes from the restaurant. After we got home there was an meal that was never put the bag. I called the restaurant and the employee that answered the phone argued that she was the one that packed the food and put everything in the bag. After about 10 minutes of disagreement she the realized that she didn't include the meal and it was left out of the bag. She then told me that there's nothing she can do about it now and hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager and she refused to put the manager on the line and said that I seemed like I had an attitude. Another employee got on the phone and said to go online and try to go a refund and they were closing and can't help me hung up on me again.
My family came in just after dinner time to eat. My wife and daughter’s food was good but my order was incorrect. The staff was playing around and cursing, which as a GM of a restaurant I would not condone in front of customers, especially with a child in the store. One associate was hiding behind a trash can right by us on his phone and eating. The bathroom was disgusting. I couldn’t eat most of my meal since I can’t handle spicy and was given hot buffalo rather than the plain I ordered. Overall an unpleasant experience.
Will never eat here again. Store is clearly poorly ran. Employees walk out while orders are waiting to be placed and made. They have the nerve to have "attitudes" for their lack of work! No gloves, uniforms look unkept. Do not recommend. P.S. Don't stand behind the counter unless you plan to clock-in and get to work, instead of staring at customers saying "oh I'm not clocked in yet".
Came to Savannah to go to a haunted house… Was looking for some good wings and found them at wing stop!!! The 2 people that specifically helped me was Chantel and BIGZ!!! They were excellent and customer service was top notch! I highly recommend this place… If I’m ever in the area I will most def stop again… Thanks guys!!!! ????
The store is a little small but they get people in and out from what I’ve seen! I always order online but I have never waited more than 10 mins for my food and it always tastes fresh. Also staff is very professional and nice!

The moment I entered there was two guest waiting for their order. I asked if they were in line and both said no. Remind you there was no line, I am standing in front of the register for 15min. A group of 7 guys are just standing around in the kitchen. One even went outside to the lobby to get a drink. Yet, no one greeted me nor acknowledged that I was there. They are all standing on their phone. Until this young lady comes to finally take my order.
