We definitely need more than one wing stop to serve all of Ms Gulf coast, the wait wouldn’t be so crazy if we did. Amazing food though. Always fried to perfection with the perfect amount of sauce.
Wingstop always takes forever to be made, but if you order ahead online and give them time, the food is worth it. I definitely recommend the hot honey and garlic parm wings.
Long wait times but usually good wings. Today I waited 50 minutes instead of 30 minutes, but they were the best wings I’ve had yet from them. The fries also tasted better. Good job to the cooks. Saw a lot of people working together in the kitchen.
Food is great! Especially the Cajun fried corn. I couldn't get enough of that! Employees could be nicer. I know they stay crazy busy but don't forget the reason that you remain open in the first place. Be kind. ✌️❤️
Okay, not the type of person to complain as I work in the service industry ! BUT $15 on a meal…. this is non edible by any means, it’s hard, it’s burnt, and taste like old grease from being redropped., your staff is rude and sure enough made myself and friend feel like an inconvenience in your establishment. Very disappointed in a place that’s talked about !
The absolute WORST service! After waiting 20 minutes past our wait time of 48 minutes & watching MANY others get their food before us we inquired about our food. Only to be met with the same terrible attitude they were giving everyone else! Flies EVERYWHERE, the restaurant was absolutely disgusting! I think it’s a good thing we didn’t eat the food here. I can understand getting busy and falling behind but there is NEVER a reason to be rude to every single customer when they ask about their order that is well worth overdue! It did not matter how nice any customer asked, they ALL simply rolled their eyes and spoke to everyone with an attitude! The manager included, she was probably the worst of all.
Walked in and there was only 2 other customers. I said I wanted to place a to-go order. Instantly she says “it’s going to be a 40min wait, that ok?” It doesn’t even take 40 mins to make wings from start to finish. How is it reasonable to take 40 minutes to make take out wings?
How can you sell wings and not put a single napkin in the bag of a to go order. Then run out of ice and are unable to sell drinks. The food is amazing, and I’d probably order from here again if I lived here. But they tell you online your order will take 53-59 mins but they never message you when it was ready at 40 mins at least. I kept waiting for a notification as I was just sitting in my car waiting on my order. Also. Why is their sign not lit up at night when every single other one was. I kept missing it bcuz it was so dark I never even looked at it. I’m here for work but I used to live here, and I sort of remember where things are but I had to call and ask them because their sign was dark.
