Very hospitable people and a nice atmosphere. The food is fresh & always on time. Also the energy and overall quality has definitely improved. The new manager Diez was very respectful and polite. It’s always a pleasure visiting this location.
Me and my husband stopped in here tonight to grab some dinner The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and we did not have to wait long for our food. When we got home, I was missing my large Cajun corn. I called up to the store and I spoke to the manager Diaz and he was very polite, he apologized for the mistake and took down my information so that I can get a free one on my next visit. Overall, I am happy with this experience. I will definitely visit again. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I can appreciate they take the time to make it right. Thanks again to the staff and manager

Stopped by for a quick dinner and Diaz took care of us right away. Even gave us complimentary brownies for the wait. Highly recommend coming here!
I have door dashed and gone in person to this Wingstop and each time they have gotten my order spot on! Today one of the employees even recommended one of their new BBQ sauces and it didn’t disappoint to say the least! Customer service was spot on from Brandon and the whole team had my order ready in less than 15-20 minutes for a walk in order. Oh and let’s mention that they gave me extra seasoning on my fries too!
I went to the wingstop on Merrit Blvd. In Maryland on 12/07/ 24 and there was a customer before me picking up food and I saw one employee throwing something away and before I went to order my food someone else; a male picked something out of the trash and I decided to take my business elsewhere because I ask who is the manager and it was the person who took something out of trash. It was for my dinner.
The staff is very helpful, professional and friendly! The food was made to perfection and absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this location!
I stopped by this Wingstop not knowing that it was a new location. The restaurant was very well kept and clean. When I received my order it was the wrong flavor wings I chose. I asked to speak to the manager (Diez) he apologized for the mistake and immediately had my order remade. I would definitely visit this Wingstop again the food was delicious. 10/10. And if you ever have any issues Diez is the guy to speak to his customer service was on point and his willingness to make sure the customer gets the best experience was outstanding. If you're ever in the Dundalk area and have a craving for wings this Wingstop is the place.
